Good product for the money
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a good food processor that had plenty of size and plenty of power without paying an arm and a leg. I did a little bit of a research and this one was recommended by several different cooking media sources. Also read many great reviews here on Amazon. So far I like it; it was a little daunting to use it first to figure out but reading the directions makes a big difference! The only complaint I would have at all, and it’s just a little one, is that the suction on the bottom is so strong that it takes some muscle sometimes to pull it off the countertop! It’s not going anywhere! Other than that it’s absolutely perfect does the job that it was meant for and has held up very well so far. When I’m not using it I keep it on a piece of cardboard so that I can slide it around easier.

Storing attachments, big bowl, powerful motor. I love it!
I really love everything about this machine! I love that the attachments are held by the machine itself so you don’t loose them, I love the big, roomy bowl, I love the big feeder tube, I love the powerful – pretty quiet – motor. I keep it on my counter ready to use all the time. The only thing I don’t like is that the lights blink when plugged in but not turned on. I keep it unplugged when not using but that makes it a little inconvenient. That’s a pretty minor complaint tho.

Versatile
Much more versatile than other food processors. Easy to use – it must be precisely seated to work but that is not a problem.

Wont turn on when I use the extra large chute
I was so excited to get this because I had the Cuisinart Elemental and I had to get rid of it because I was moving a few years back and I’ve been without a food processor since. So I knew that the elemental would be too big with all of the attachments and the separate container for the attachments so I researched and researched and saw this one. I thought it was a little pricey for a fairly new company but I liked all the attachments that came with and I watched a bunch of YouTube videos to see how it handled certain things. Well I received it today and I opened it up, washed it and was going to get to work on my coleslaw. I had a very very large head of cabbage so I had to cut it down into smaller pieces obviously to fit into the largest chute. Well, you have to lift the little lid to the chute in order to have access to the largest chute opening. I fed my cabbage into the largest shoot and went to turn on the machine. Dead. Checked all of the bowls made sure they were locked down tight and in the correct positions. Nope. Wouldn’t turn on. Sat there for a good hour trying to figure out, it just wouldn’t turn on. So I closed the lid and locked the Safety Lock and then tried to turn it on and it turned on. Problem with that is the holes are not large enough to fit anything more than a large carrot through. So I need to get this coleslaw made and there was no way this thing was going to work with that chute lid open. It has to be in lock position for the machine to turn on. So the fact that they tell you that you can use the largest chute for potatoes and large vegetables is NOT true. So I had to use the small chute and it took me forever. I could have cut it with my knife faster than what it took me to get this whole head of cabbage sliced. The Cabbage kept getting stuck up in the blade and between the lid and the top part that holds the blade. The chute is not long enough and cabbage was flying out all over the place. It took me 45 minutes to clean up my kitchen from the Cabbage that shot out of this thing all over the place. All over my cupboards, across the kitchen on the floor on the refrigerator…. it was INSANE. Also, the pieces of cabbage were not uniform. You had some that were sliced so thin, it was like angel hair . And then you had other ones that were sliced perfectly and looked like coleslaw. My main purpose for getting this food processor was to make my coleslaw and Shred carrots, Slice cucumbers, potatoes etc plus make food for my dog. So this was not going to work. I have to return it. So disappointed and I knew I should have gotten the cuisinart. The fact that I had to clean up cabbage all over my kitchen was bad enough.
