Amazing blender and super customer service!
About a year ago, I bought a Mega Wise hand blender. It was a wonderful purchase—a great balance of price and quality. I used it constantly—it had a powerful motor and took just a few minutes to blend ingredients for smoothies, sauces, purees, soups. When the blender stopped working one day, I contacted the manufacturer’s customer service. I was pleasantly surprised by their high standard of service. The very next day after my request, I received a new motor. My wonderful blender is working again, and I’m especially grateful to Ian, Megawise brand manager. I really appreciate his time, patience, poduct knowledge! Amazing service!

Frother doesn’t froth.
I bought this for the frother attachment and that thing sucks. The emoltion mixer itself works just fine. I wanted an all in one machine to save space, but the frother isn’t really a frother and does not even froth up my heavy cream or any cream for coffee or hot chocolate.

Spend a little more for a better unit
I received my handheld blender a week ago, I unboxed it, but didn’t have any use for it at the moment. yesterday I took it out and used it for the first time. It was noisy and flimsy. I would not recommend this blender if you want something that’s durable and that will last.

The blender works in different speeds as advertised and I love how it comes with 3 different attachments. I have been using it to make smoothies and froth milk. It stopped working properly after a month or so (probably motor issues), which is not expected due to the short time being used. I just reached out to Megawise and I’m glad that Mandy has been replying to me promptly and offered to send me a one-time hand blender motor replacement.

Le bout du mélangeur est solide, mais l’accessoire du mélangeur n’est pas plus solide qu’un accessoire à gratter le dos. L’appareil ne fait pas la job. Je n’ai malheureusement pas pu le retourner, le délai était passé. J’aurais dû l’essayer plus tôt. Je ne le recommande pas.
