Picture is perfect
Picture is perfect. Crisp and clear. The system was easy to set up to our cable system. I like the extra built in channels like Max and Pluto TV. Has a nice sound system..

I think the HDMI ports are starting to wig out. They will cut in and out while the TV is stationary. Other than that, TV works pretty well. Just wish the HDMI ports worked more solidly.

DO NOT BUY. Terrible product
This tv seemed great for the price, but I should have chosen a more expensive one because this is the worst tv I’ve ever owned.This tv was great for the first 6 months. Super easy, great quality. But after that it started having tons of issues. The biggest problem is that the menu takes 10 minutes to be functional. The picture is there, but nothing works until 10 min of being on. Then once you select you show or movie it plays for maybe 3-5 min before the whole tv shuts off. The apps constantly sign out, so you have to login basically everytime you want to use it. It also will weirdly just turn on all by itself at random times, be on for a min and then shut off again.I’ve had this since 2022 and haven’t been able to use it at all for the last two years because of how bad it is. SAVE YOUR MONEY and don’t buy this POS

Frustrating!
Bought this as a Christmas present for myself and it worked FANTASTICALLY the first time I used it. Entering my apps, etc. I then turned it off to enjoy time with my family, and I turned it back on later that afternoon and I got this screen in the picture. Looks like I either have to unplug it, wait a few mins, plug it back in, and the picture returns to normal.HIGHLY frustrating as 1. Who has the time?! 2. WHO HAS THE TIME?!. Reached out to the seller to hopefully get some help. If not I will return itEdit 2: including the issue above, now it lags sometimes. Tested my wifi to make sure it wasn’t that and it seems to be fine but Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+ and YouTube have a lag. Reached out to the seller again…. So let’s see
