Well, worth the money
Functionality, I have only had the opportunity to use a couple times with no complaints so far. Looks , elegantly designed very clean on kitchen countertop. I will continue this review for part two after using it for a bit longer.

Great Customer Service
⭐️⭐️ 4/5We initially had some issues with our espresso machine—it stopped working after a short period of use. We reached out to the company, and their support team was extremely responsive and helpful. They walked us through several troubleshooting steps in an effort to fix the problem, but unfortunately the machine couldn’t be repaired.In the end, the company sent us a replacement unit, which arrived quickly and has been working perfectly so far. While it was disappointing to have the first machine fail, the excellent customer service and hassle-free resolution really stood out. Because of how well they handled the situation, I still feel confident recommending this product.

Quality price function easy clean
I bought my daughter this for Christmas and she turned around and bought me one for my birthday 🎂 so I guess it’s pretty great 👍 she loves the grinder and easy operation. I’ll be setting mine up.ill update as soon as I can. Ok just got mine running – use box pics over instructions! I had the best cup of coffee latte what a difference – never going back to a standard coffee pot. The espresso with steamed cream is it. Great price great options and terrific quality. I didn’t want to spend thousands for an upgraded coffee experience. This is it but it! Thank me later.

Rust & Mold in portafilter!
The portafilter design is not good. It rusts and makes mold Underneath the black plastic filter. You will not know this unless you unscrew it! I realized coffee started to taste bad. I clean the portafilter after each use but within 3 months of purchase I noticed rust around the rim and decided to open it and there was mold towards the funnel end underneath the black filter piece! Please check yours if you’ve have been using it. I called amazon customer service and they said to contact the manufacturer since it’s past the 30-day return window. The manufacturer will not refund or return the item. Very upset and do not want others to go through this hassle!!

What can i say ,lets start with wow .Once you get the machine going its all in the practice til you get the taste you want.The machine is user friendly and brews your choice of grains .I like the ease of function buttons just touch and wait for the magic. The noise level is quite low. I am pretty sure this machine will endure time with constant tender loving care.
