Having previously had a good experience with an AIWA television set (lasted us more than 15 years) I decided to give this a go after researching a few other CD player systems.So happy i went with this one. It has a built-in CD player, which is a rare find these days and works flawlessly. The Bluetooth connectivity is seamless – I can stream from my phone without any lag or interruptions. The FM radio is another great feature, with strong signal reception for live broadcasts. Easy to operate, has good sound quality. Naturally it is not a top of the line expensive player, but you will be happy with the looks and the sound. I recommend it for those who just want to be able to play their CDs with a player that is compact and looks good.

I recently received my Aiwa home speaker/CD player. I expected that it would perhaps lack a bit in bass, but based on reviews I had read, I took a chance. I’m picky with sound. I wanted to be able to listen to my CD collection, as well as play music from my phone and iPad. And I wanted it to sound great.I’m happy to say, that all of my wishes have been granted. This unit has fabulous sound, with good bass. It’s priced right and does exactly what I wanted it to do. It connects with Bluetooth and Optical cable. And it’s a handsome speaker.If I had to pick anything less than desirable, it would be that there are no controls on the speaker itself. Everything is done via the remote. So if you lose or break the remote, you will be lacking CD sound, until you get a new one.Fortunately, I am very easy on my electronic equipment, so I’m not concerned.The Aiwa also has a FM receiver. I don’t need that as part of my setup, but for those who do, I found the reception less than expected. Part of that is due to me living out of town a ways. I’m sure that in town reception would be great.I’m very happy with my Aiwa speaker/CD player. I recommend it without hesitation.

Easy to program
Received the system and set it up. This is a nice size and has great sound. Was easy to program the radio stations into it. The remote is great when I’m at me desk and don’t want to go across the room to change something. I really like that it plays CD’s which meant I could get out my old book full and jam out. I like to listen to books when I clean and it was easy to connect my iPhone to the bluetooth and listen.

Note that I’ve only had this for a few days, but thus far I’m very pleased with it.My 30 year old am/fm/CD/cassette player finally crapped out a while back and I missed having a radio/CD player in my study. I still have a lot of CD’s and haven’t played most of them in years.Not many CD players available.I wanted something similar to my Bose Wave radio/CD player but with Bluetooth capability.This fits that perfectly, and is just what I wantedEasy to set up and has great sound and was a decent price.Minor flaws:No AM radio (I knew that when I bought it).Presets could be easier, but it’s not hard to figure out.Remote seems a bit flimsy.All in all, I am very satisfied with this unit and highly recommend.
