Everything as far as the system works great. Customer support just ask for your email and gets back to you when they can. Not a fan of that.

Horrible support
I recently returned two camera systems that were not to my liking. If I am not happy with my purchase I think as an Amazon customer for many years & years that I CAN return it. The two companies Annke & Hiseeu have horrible tech support. I would definitelyrecommend not to sell Annke products since all their tech support is through email. That’s insane to put customers through that. Very horrible experience with them.Update- Annke issued me a $50 refund for all my frustration & inconvenience. Ok fine but they still need to fix some things,Thanks

Does not have a motor to move the camera.
This whole camera system was a nightmare and cost me a fortune with the installers I have to remove it because there’s no motorized part to the dome cameras. In fact they have to mount to the ceiling which doesn’t work good in my situation in my business office. Overall software was awful and I felt like I was lied to when it came to this security system.
