When I first got my microwave, it worked very well, I bought it in August 2023, In Sept I went away for 3 months so the unit was not in use, however when I returned the unit worked fine, but in June 2024 it suddenly stopped working, I reached out to the company thru Amazon and received a trouble shooting video which did not help me. Honestly I hate writing reviews like this but I also hate purchasing items that fail to perform as they should. Can someone from the company reach out to help me, I would greatly appreciate itCarol C

Good microwave same like I had before
I’m glad I found this one as it was the same I had for several year which finally broke down. The reason for 4 stars is the plastic ring that goes under the glass plate of the microwave oven was broken. I called Amazon and they refunded me.

As soon as a month after purchase, the product did not work, so I tried to return it, but they said they could not return it because 30 days had passed.
