Sound is good enough that I don’t hear my wife growling when she is sleeping
I use these every night so that I can listen to audiobooks or podcasts when I’m sleeping. For the price they are really good, they have decent sound and they have a good charge. These typically last me for 12-15 months of use. Again they get used every night and when I do yard work. They are fairly comfortable and easy to connect. They stay on my ears all night as I toss and turn as I try to escape my wife from putting her knee in my back. The sound quality is good enough that I can’t hear my wife snoring and growling all night. She scares me.

Update to my first rating of Just OK
An update to my first review of 2 stars -After posting my review, the seller contacted me to learn more about the problem and possible remedies for the problem. No luck on the potential fixes, so they offered to send me a new set with a new/improved chip for better audio and bluetooth connectivity. Got the new set in 2 days and I have been using them for a few days now. Audio is good to very good. Bluetooth connectivity is rock solid. So I am updating my rating to 5 stars for overall quality, plus customer service!******************************************Original RatingHere’s what I like – 1. they stay in my ears and are comfortable. 2. the charge lasts a long time. 3. Easily paired with my phone.Here’s what I don’t like – 1. Music-wise – The sound is just OK. Bass is a bit weak but overall is ok. 2. When using them for phone calls – the audio is a little muffled. When making a call today, the connection got a little flaky. The audio kept dropping out like I was out of range of the earphones, but I was just sitting there at my desk with my phone right in front of me. Switching the call to the phone’s speaker/mic greatly improved the sound quality.So, I will use them for running/biking but not when I need high quality audio.

Great sound for the price with some quality issues
I ordered these to replace an older pair I bought a year or so ago (lost them). The new pair initially had poor quality sound, especially as compared to the older ones: quiet, tinny, and no bass. The seller said it was a quality control issue and sent a replacement. Happy to report they were correct, the replacement sounds great – as good or slightly better than the old pair and now with usb C. Only downside is I can see the charging light through the top of the earbud, so it may not be watertight (not IP67). Overall great sounding buds with decent battery life for a decent price and they seem to last a while. I’d buy them again for sure.

Extremely comfortable and great sound
These are the 4th pair that I have purchased. I give them as gifts. They are as good as Apple air pods. We initially bought these because my spouse lost his 150.00 apple air pods. I have told my friends to buy these and they are all very happy with this purchase. I love that they are connected with a wire which is more healthy and harder for them to fall out of your ears. They also have the clip around your ear which is very comfortable fit. They are lightweight. I give this product a 10. The sound is very sharp and clear. They look exactly like the picture.

These are must-haves!
I purchased these in November 2024 and was instantly a fan. They connect quickly and maintain a good connection. The battery life is outstanding. I usually wear these around the house completing errands and never have an issue with these being uncomfortable or falling out of my ears. I love that I can use both or either and the cord is long enough for comfort but not too long to get entangled in things.The sound quality is very nice. I normally listen to movies and TV shows with these but have enjoyed music with a great experience.I did experience an issue with these headphones but received outstanding customer service after reaching out to the seller. I received a response the same day, and they quickly handled my concern.I will definitely purchase from this seller again and fully recommend this to anyone looking for a long-lasting, good-sounding, pair of headphones!

great product, great customer sevice when needed
I go to the gym three times a week and never leave home without U18 headphones. A few weeks ago , the control.ling side would not function. I communiated with the company , particularly Bobby. They advised that they had a one year warrranty and would gladly replace . Within a few days I received the new pair, within a week I had them charged, paied and in use . The sound is phenominal.Bobby, Thank you very much for your help.

Decent, Worth It For Something Simple
I’ve been using these since around Jan 7th 2025.Pros:-Good price for the quality. Not the BEST quality out there, mind you. But decent.-Comfortable. It did take a couple of wears for my ears to get used to them (my ears are on the smaller side) but I havent had issues since.-They usually stay one by the time I wake up. If they fall off, it’s usually just one earphone.Cons:-Recharge. Idk if it’s my specific unit that’s having issues, but I find that it’s hard to get these up to 100% most of the time. Half the time I’ll plug them to charge, come back hours later, and find that they only went up by 10-20%. Also, they don’t charge while in use.-Connection: the earphones seem to auto-connect at the weirdest times sometimes. I’ll turn it off, KNOW for sure that I did, and then come back and see it’s on and trying to connect. I’m not sure why it does this.-Manual: I wish there was a way we can find a digital copy of the manual. I lost the physical copy that came with it and have not been able to find a digital version anywhere, even here.

The built quality is very poor and substandard. I requested for a refund which was approved, however the seller expects the item to be delivered back to their warehouse which is 30 kms away and the cost to courier it is as much as the product cost. Amazon did not pick it back as they usually do.
