ALPHAGEAR, DON’T BELIEVE THE HYPE!!!
I saw Facebook Commercials and ordered the ALPHAGEAR Bravo XL Smartwatch from the ALPHAGEAR Store on AMAZON. Thank God I ordered from AM ZON. ALPAGEAR’S Customer Service on their site, ALPHAGEAR, is not good. Their posted number is a voicemail; the message says, “… this time we are not able to take your call, but for prompt response and help, contact our team to the email, support at alphagear dot us, and we’ll get back to you as fast as possible. I sent an email as ALPHAGEAR’s voicemail instructed and got no response for seven days. Then I sent ALPHAGEAR another email with Notice and Demand language and got an automated response, which confirmed that they got my “inquiry” and assured me a “member of their team” would get back to me. It has gone past 48 hours, and there has been no response.Regarding the ALPHAGEAR Bravo XL smartwatch performance, The battery life is not as stated, 14 days; it is more like two days. Secondly, only their time is accurate; the rest of their activity features are not. Also, the Android app required for use with this smartwatch requires you to set your battery use to unrestricted, to “lock” the App open on your phone, and always allow background activity – these settings will cause your phone’s battery to drain fast causing a significant impact on your phone’s battery performance – be ready to charge your phone often.Overall, features, accuracy, and the App are not good products. Furthermore, if you happen to order the product and want to return it or want support, good luck; as noted earlier, there were no results from any attempt to contact ALPHAGEAR.

Really good watch for the price point
Had this watch for about a year now. Battery life is really good. I can go weeks before having to charge it. That said, the more apps you run or have the screen constantly on will drain the battery faster. Like the large screen size. Like the ability to callor receive calls on the watch. Speaker is ok. Can’t answer texts on the phone which is really a small downside. The watch has value for the price point and the quality is good. The base of the watch appears to be made out of hard plastic the top ring is metal. It’s has shown to be durable, since I wear it all the time.

I just received the Bravo XL and it has great looks, battery life and value. So far only 1 little issue. I can’t view the temperature reading, online tutorials were no help. Maybe Alpha Gear can assist. Thank you ALPHA GEAR!

Garbage….boxed it up and returned it after 30 mins….screen clarity sucks, navigation through OS sucks, only to name a few….don’t waste your time or money.

Disappointed
Good looking watch, large face easy to read. Basic functions are good but beyond that there were issues. Weather would not give local data. It connected to my phone but then played all audio sounds; YouTube, tictok, video. There was no option to shut off media. So turning off Bluetooth connection was the only control measure. Without blue tooth connectivity might as well get and old analog watch. Contacted customer service, who initially were helpful. Once I informed the CS rep that it was purchased through Amazon, I was told that I would be assigned to another CS rep. Quite a bit of hype on the ads for this watch, IMO it fell short.
