I purchased my blender in October and it broke within 2 months. I cannot get support or SPARE PARTS in Canada.I have sent emails and have not received an answer. It’s been months trying to resolve this.No way to get help from Amazon either, no resolve with the chat and cannot get a call either. DO NOT BUY THIS BLENDER!!!
