Awesome tool
This thing is sharp and perfectly fits my Callaway Big Bertha grooves. I found that it’s so strong you can sort of ‘sharpen’ your grooves to certain extent which is awesome. I like that it has a cap too so it doesn’t puncture my golf bag.

Honestly was very skeptical about purchasing this but it does its job. I was able to get out all the gunk that was in my groves better than my other tools used. Went out and played and my short game was sharper for sure.

This tool gets right into the grooves, and cleans out any dirt in there, no matter how long it’s been there. This has been a great, cheap addition to my golf bag.

This product feels lovely in the hand: compact, weighty and nicely textured. It feels like a high quality bit of kit, but does it work?In short, yes, but only as a once-off. It is not at all hard-wearing. It cleaned and re-defined the grooves on my irons very nicely, but after 12 irons, the business end of the tool had worn down to such an extent that it had become completely useless. The square corners had become completely rounded so that they no longer had any effect on the clubs. Please have a look at my video or photo to see what I mean.I should say that the end result was excellent. My clubs had so much more grip than they did before I used the tool. I was stopping the ball almost dead with my newly cleaned and re-grooved pitching wedge, and longer irons were checking better on the green too. The blades looked beautifully shiny too!But the tool had to go into the bin, because it had nothing left to give. Perhaps it’s best to think about it as disposable. It costs less than 10 USD after all, so perhaps I’m being harsh in even expecting it to last for more than one use. Would I pay a tenner to get my grooves cleaned and re-defined like this? Yes!Final note, IMO it could do with a slightly more ergonomic design, as the palm of my hand was pretty sore by the end from pushing it.Did it do a good job? Yes. Would I buy it again? No, I would look for a different design.

I tried this cutter every way possible and found it didn’t cut into the grooves at all. Now I don’t know if some of the golf club brands have tougher steel or not but this cutter had zero cutting effect on my Callaway clubs. I had to return it! I don’t like giving bad reviews but maybe I just got a bad one!
