Works as Intended
This is a small, but not too small microwave that is attractive and works well for two people. It heats items thoroughly and quickly. The buttons and settings are easy to use. To those complaining about the button panel bubbling-you do realize there is a piece of removable protective plastic over the buttons, right? What you’re experiencing is bubbling of the removable plastic, not the microwave panel itself. Critical thinking is your friend!

2 problems…
1. The box it arrived in had a large scuff on one of the corners and after unboxing we noticed the was a large dent in the top/side of the microwave. It doesn’t appear to affect the function of it though.2. It advertises having a child lock but it isn’t a feature that I need. After putting it on the shelf and plugging it in we could not open the door. A thorough search of the box did not produce an instruction booklet so I began searching the internet and Amazon to try and find a solution while my 15yo daughter continued trying to figure it out. In one of the product pictures on Amazon we noticed an odd shape to the top of the handle on the inside. A couple attempts finally made operation of the child lock obvious and when opened the instruction booklet was inside. Taping the booklet to the outside or a sticker pointing to the child lock would be immensely helpful for those customers that have never owned a microwave with a child lock. 🤷♂️Other than those 2 problems it seems to be a nice unit although it is a little noisier than our previous one (Samsung).

Nice Microwave
Bought this microwave to replace my old one. After looking at several different models, this one seemed to have all the features I wanted. Works really well and is very quiet compared to the old one. I especially like the 30 second button. Convenient. Very happy with this purchase.

Door lock is on handle, pull up then open door
Microwave has an odd locking mechanism. You have to pull up with your finger as you pull the handle. Was super annoying because I didn’t really read the instructions and the door wouldn’t open. Works pretty standard, no complaints or issues.

Great microwave
This is a great microwave! Absolutely happy with my purchase. I love the 30 second button instead of having to hit “time cook 3 0 start”, you just hit the 30 second button and you are done. The one difference from my other microwave was the door. My other microwave, you just pulled the door and it opened. This one has a button on the inside of the door which took some getting used to but now it is just fine and I would probably not want to use the one just pulling the door open. 🙂 It also looks very nice in my kitchen. Great quality and easy to clean.

Great Machine, but the handle to open the door is weird
It’s exactly the microwave you think it is. Seems to work great. The only thing is that there is a button on the inside of the handle that you have to press to open the door. It’s not bad, just an oddity that if I had known i would have gotten a different microwave. It’s just odd enough that it catches me offguard everytime.

Needs a WARNING
It should be some kind of instructions either on the microwave or on the box on how to open the microwave door correctly. I almost broke the door because I didn’t know how to open it correctly. Looking at the videos it’s clear no one knows how to open the door. Other than that great microwave not too small not too big. So far so good.

Very nice microwave. Never had one with and LED light before and it is nice to have. Wish the front panel lights up but can’t have everything. But I am able to read the buttons pretty good.

Excelente horno, a mí me llegó en excelentes condiciones, 😊 de un día para otro, calienta muy bien, el tamaño es intermedio, se puede decir que es lo suficientemente amplio y de diseño elegante. Práctico y fácil de manejar, trae su instructivo en español, se pueden silenciar los sonidos de encendido apagado. El ruido que emite al encenderlo es medio, al menos si hace menos ruido que el que tenía. Acero inoxidable de calidad. Bases firmes, aunque por seguridad le puse una base antiderrapante abajo. Trae manija en la puerta y para mí gusto, es estética y funcional. Cuenta con tecnología de seguridad. Marca estadounidense. Sí lo recomiendo y a parte cuando lo adquirí tenía un buen descuento, así que sí, valió la pena comprarlo.
