Anyone with any hand problems should buy this. It is incredible! I have Raynauds which my hands get really cold. I have a lot of stiffness in the mornings. I am also a hairstylist and my hands are really sore after working long days. The massage and heat option are a life saver on my long days. The massager feels amazing! The first time I used it I was nervous because it felt tight. Then, I realized how it hit all the points I needed relief. My knuckles seemed less swollen and my fingers a little straighter. Sounds crazy, but it works. The heat button and massager together for pain after working out is a game changer. This will make a perfect gift for someone who thinks they have everything! I use this 2x a day(excessive but feels so good) for 5 minutes .

I purchased this for my friend who was in an accident. her hand had nerve damage. She was getting a hand massage weekly for help. Now she is using this instead. This hand massager is saving her money and she can use it more often. It has 2 heat settings and 3 massage levels. It is battery charged and gets about 5 hrs from the charging. It is convenient to use since she doesn’t need have it plugged in when she wants to use it. It is the best thing I ever got her.

I wasn’t sure about getting this but wow! It’s way better than I expected. I’ve tried other hand massagers before, but this one is on a whole different level. Honestly, you could compare the experience to a professional massage. I love that it has a heat function, so you don’t get that cold plastic feeling. The heat is just right, not too hot, and the compression feels absolutely amazing. It’s like it knows exactly where my hand needs the most pressure.I have arthritis, and my hands ache a lot after work. This has helped so much with the pain. It’s super easy to use and the cordless design makes it really convenient. I can just sit on the couch and relax watching my favorite Netflix show while it does its thing. I guess you can call this Netflix and chill.The build quality is solid, doesn’t feel cheap at all. Not typical chinesy! The battery life is decent too, lasting a few sessions before needing a charge. You can adjust power level with one button. My only wish is that it came in more colors, but the white is nice enough.If you have hand pain or just want to treat yourself this is a must have. I received this and absolutely loved it. Used it daily after I had painted a lot. The RA flared up and the heat was amazing. After a few days when I would turn the heat option on it would just turn off within 30 seconds. Thought at first it was too hot… no… the next day it kept doing the same thing. I have submitted a return request. It was wonderful when it worked with heat. It seems like a very well built massager and provided a lot of pain relief. It wasn’t too noisy… I could still watch tv and not be bothered by it. 3 pressure modes and all were awesome. Just need that heat! It’s a good value for the money in my opinion- with heat 😒

UPDATE 02/11/2025.I got an email from CINCOM today apologizing for our problem and offering a full refund. We declined, don’t think it is their fault. We attribute our problems with hand size and condition. People with “normal” size/condition hands might not have the same problems. I added a star to my review as a result of the CS follow-up.Purchased for my wife’s achy hands.Like:1) Good quality2) heat is niceDislike:1) Compression is too strong for wife2) Too small for my ham sized hands.Not sure what size hands these are intended for, but the compression is too strong for my wife’s small hands and really painful for my rather large hands. It is good quality and easy to operate. For the reasons mentioned we rarely use the device, so we wouldn’t purchase it again. For people with different hand sizes(between very small and very large) it may work better.

Excellent product – it has given me great relief for my arthritis in my hands, however the heating component stopped after 2 days. The cost to return this to Amazon is very expensive from Australia to US. I have chosen to return it despite being out of pocket because it was so effective for the short time I had the hand massager.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and ability of this machine. You place your entire hand in the machine (not in individual finger holes). You could include your thumb to be massaged also. There are nubs to push on pressure points while the gel pads compress the hand. It even extents and stretches the fingers and palm. Very good. I would buy this product again.
