Customers say

Customers find the food processor compact and easy to use, with positive feedback about its size and ease of cleaning. The chopper performs well, with one customer noting it does a great job with vegetables, and another mentioning it’s perfect for making pesto. The functionality and quality receive mixed reviews – while some say it works well, others report it won’t turn on, and while some consider it the best chopper available, others describe it as low quality. Durability is a concern, with multiple customers reporting it broke after one use, and value for money opinions are divided between those who find it a good value and those who consider it a waste of money.

    Can’t go wrong with Cuisinart
I replaced my Kitchen Aid chopper with this Cuisinart and I wish I had done it sooner. It does a much better job. Grinds food well and chops it so much quicker and more efficiently. Very happy with my purchase.

    Cuisinart Food Chopper
I swore I would never have one of these! However, as I age, I am learning that sometimes these tools are a lifesaver! I use this little food processor everytime I make minestrone and it saves me so much time! It certainly does a great job of chopping all the vegetables. Because it is only 4C I have to chop in portions, but that is not a problem for me. It took a little bit to figure out how to open it after chopping. It has a safety mechanism in place which will not allow you to open it if the blade is not in place properly. This was a great value and makes my life a lot easier. It’s small enough to store easily in my cabinets, too.

PLEASE READ THIS IF YOUR UNIT IS DOA!!!
When I first opened this I washed, plugged it in and turned it on and to my surprise it did not turn on. I assumed everyone in the reviews were correct in that it was DOA.I began packaging it back up but decided to try to turn it over one last time. YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE LID ON FOR IT TO WORK. If the lid is not on correctly and rotated to it’s locking position this unit will not turn over. I’m not sure if that was the culprit for anyone else’s issues in these reviews but I want to remind everyone of this in order to rule out user error when deciding to return a seemingly DOA product. As of use I literally haven’t used it yet lmao so hopefully it’s good!

Love it, but watch the blades!
So far, this food processor is PERFECT! It’s a nice, compact size, and it blends/chops the foods I’ve been cooking with very nicely. My only caveat is that one should definitely read the instructions (I almost messed up the processor by not reading the startup instructions), and you should definitely be careful with your fingers around the blades. The positive is that the blades are really sharp and dice your food really fine, but they absolutely cut fingers too(lol).

What happened to Cuisinart quality? Awful Product
I was looking for a smaller capacity food processor. Ideally, I wanted one with a smaller footprint and the ability to store it easily. The Cuisinart Elemental food processor looked to be a good fit.Unfortunately, I tried using this for a dinner recipe that required blending some cooked peppers, onions, etc. The bottom of the base started leaking fluid. I poured everything out and checked all connections and verified everything was locked properly. Once again, I poured everything back in and the leaking started. Please note that I filled the container only about half way. In a last ditch attempt to salvage my dinner, I poured everything out and redid it again. I quickly blended and not only was it starting to leak from the bottom but I could feel some of it leaking it from the top. This is an awful, poorly made, low quality product and really has put me off from future Cuisinart products. I always looked to Cuisinart for reliable quality at a good price from a well known brand. However, I will be staying away and purchased a Ninja food processor instead. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for… and in this case a $40 leaking paper weight.

    Awesome Little Chopper
This little devil gets it done! Plenty of power, nice storeable long cord, relatively quiet, and the bowl is a little larger than previous models. Replaced another Cuisinart that was pushing 30 and still in great working order, handed down to a starter household for many more years of use. It was sad to say goodbye but this little guy fills the job perfectly and looks lovely while doing it.

Big enough to do the job, small enough not to clutter the kitchen counters. Sturdy, well-priced, though I wish it had a glass container (which is just about impossible to find these days). Madame loves it, so that’s what counts.

No lo volvería a comprar, se rompió el pasador que desactiva el seguro la segunda vez que lo utilicé, por lo que ya no funciona, y en ningún lado se encuentran los repuestos, muy mala calidad

Product arrived quickly but did not work. Put in some onions, followed the instructions, plugged it in and turned it on several times and nothing. It looked cheaply made and I am very disappointed with Cuisinart. Returned it and bought a Hamilton Beach which is larger, more powerful, works great and cost less.

Muy buen procesador pero pulveriza, o sea, no hace harinas por ejemplo o una harina de avena o de almendras no fue hecha para eso
