This is a great food processor!
Purchased this a few months ago, have used it many times, and really love it! It works great and is heavy enough to not move around. It has a nice strong motor, very sharp blades, and gets the job done quickly. The blue is a beautiful color. I researched and researched before finally choosing this one. I considered the N**ja food processor and am so glad I got this one instead. I’ve used the N**ja at my son’s and another relative’s and it doesn’t have nearly the power this one has. This one is easy to use and to clean as well, I simply put it in the dishwasher. I would very much recommend.

it always works
I have used Cuisinart for years and they are sturdy machines and last for a long time.Even the blades remain sharp. The only thing I noticed that the old one was very heavy and the new one is much lighter in weight.

Poorly designed – don’t buy this!
DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL! it works nicely but is poorly designed. The locking mechanisms for the lid are internal and protrude into the workspace making it impossible to scrape down sides and lid effectively. The radius on the scraper included does not match any of the internal radii making it very difficult to scrape food from the inside. It vibrated so much on the counter and would not stay in one place, either. On the whole, a very disappointing experience.I make hummus from scratch weekly, including tahini. This took FOREVER due to the machines poor design and the tahini never did get smooth enough. I DO NOT recommend this model!

Worst thing I’ve ever purchased.
I had a cusinart food processor for 10 years. I loved it until the bowl and tools finally fell apart and I couldn’t get them anymore. I purchased this highly rated piece of crap to replace it. I can’t even make hummus in it. It is truly awful. Too late to get a refund. It has zero power and is nothing like their previous machines. A $300 mistake.
