Long time Dell User
After having my previous Dell for over a decade it was definitely time to upgrade. I stuck with Dell because I had a great experience before. I find this laptop to be so lightweight! It is very easy to use and carry around. The system is fast and reliable as well.

How do you send a laptop with no battery?
I took the laptop out of the box turned on the power and it wouldn’t work. So I plugged the power cord in in the laptop turned on. Then ran the BIOS test twice, I found that there is no battery installed. I’m not sure how this happens and requested a return refund

Runs a little hot but overall not a bad laptop I can do my schoolwork pretty well which is a must for me.

Don’t buy this product
The laptop’s battery won’t last enough (at most 4 hours) , and the device overheats after a short period of use. I returned it and they charged a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the actual price. I contacted customer services and they keep saying that the battery won’t last because of its high specs (CPU, RAM, Storage, etc), highlighting that “it’s not defective”. I mentioned a similar model with similar specs and has excellent battery/performance in general, and all they mentioned was that it was more expensive and that’s why the battery would last longer. I’m very disappointed in the product and customer service, and hope I don’t have to buy products from this seller ever again.

Adquirí este producto hace más de un año y sigue como nuevo!!, el rendimiento del producto no ha cambiado, si estás buscando una computadora de alto rendimiento por este precio te la recomiendo!!, lástima que el teclado del producto está en Inglés, por lo que hay algunas teclas que cambian, aún así puedes cambiar esto, fuera de eso es un producto muy bueno!! 9/10

El material es totalmente de plástico. No creo que dure mucho. Y por el poco tiempo que la llevo usando se me hace muy raro que se caliente demasiado. Probablemente por q es todo de plástico pero aun así no me gusta.Y venía rapado la parte de abajo. Lo más probable es que la regrese y pida reembolso.Si no viven en Estados Unidos no se puede devolver, asi que cuidado!!

Llego bien la computadora, sin licencia para Windows, los componentes como disco duro memorias, etc todo bien, PERO mucho cuidado los tensores de la pantalla (bisagras) vienen muy apretados y además que los plásticos muy frágiles hicieron que se vencieran la base donde van sujetadas las bisagras y se rompieran.Plásticos muy frágiles, muy débiles.

Buena memoria Ram y su capacidad. Solo que no trae luz el teclado ni lector de huella sería genial si lo tuviera.
