Monitor and stand arrived packed in an unmarked box. Inside I found the monitor securely protected in a bubble-wrap “envelope”. Cables were in a separate bubble-wrap. Stand was not wrapped, but with the monitor in such a protective bubble-wrap, the monitor was not damaged. Upon close inspection of the monitor, the screen looked like an attempt was made by the seller to clean it, but there were streaks and what looked like minor scratches. Tried using some 303 Aerospace protectant and a microfiber cloth, and was able to clean the screen and buff out the ‘scratches’ so it looks like new. So cosmetically, the monitor I received did fit the criteria for “excellent” condition.My application put the monitor on a VESA plate attached to a desk mount, so did not try the stand to see if it would fit.

Other reviews are correct, the stand doesn’t fit
The stand they sent does not fit the monitor. Seems ridiculous to me that there are this many reviews about this and they haven’t fixed it. My fault for not trusting the reviews but I had to get a refund.

Know what you are getting….look closely.
The price is right, but be aware that this is an older monitor. (At least the one I got.) A few scratches in plastic. There is no HDMI input, so you will have to buy an extra cost adapter provided you have a computer manufactured in the last 13 years!
