Well built and fairly large
I needed this for areas with uneven ground. It does the trick. Deploys quickly and is very bright, but not obnoxious. It’s very obvious what it is when it’s sitting on the ground. For windy days, you’ll definitely need to stake it to the ground or put some rocks on the edges (this is what I do).It also folds up relatively easy and is compact enough for a backpack. I fly a Mini 4 Pro, but this is plenty big enough for a larger drone as well (Air 2S, etc).It also cleans up well. Feels like ripstop nylon, so so mild soapy water or even a wet wipe is plenty to clean it up. Will likely last for years if well taken care of.

Great landing pad -looks cool and does the job
Excellent product a little tricky to close up sometimes but when you get used to it, it gets easier it does the job . It’s pretty light and it comes with plastic stakes for wind, but you probably won’t be flying your drone and wind anyways .

**Newbie Review** – Heck of a lot of fun…gorgeous video!
This is for the HS720G.Like the headline says, I’m a newbie. This is my first drone.And I’m in love. I included my very first drone video in this review. It’s raw (unedited) and obvious I’m a newbie. No apologies.• Shipping/Packaging: Sturdy and secure.• Case: Nice, tidy, and functional…feels almost premium.• Mechanics: Quite sturdy.• Instructions: Well-made & easy-to-understand.• Camera: Gorgeous video & photos, though the controllability is stiff.• Battery: It takes a while to charge, but ~26 minutes of flight-time isn’t bad.• Controller: Though it fits nicely in the hand, I wish there was a little more pull in the sticks…they’re not loose, but they feel light.• Wifi/Connection: It was a wee bit sluggish. However, I won’t discount the possibility that the problem might be in the phone I was using.• Ophelia App: Fairly easy-to-use. Useful info
The material is exactly as described, sturdy and waterproof, obviously I’m not going to try and cut it to test, but it feels very strong. The outer ring is very sturdy. The stakes loops don’t seem to be as durable as the pad, but I will never be flying my drone in high winds (ie there won’t be a lot of pulling on them) so not an issue for me.That said here is some info that may be useful:The stakes are worthless in my opinion (ie will break easily), throw them away and get metal ones (or at least more durable plastic ones), I didn’t knock any points off for this because 1. we are campers so have a lot of experience in this area and so I figured this would be the case when I ordered and 2. seriously, $13, if I expected more that I would be pretty naive.If you want the best visibility from a distance and are only relying on the pad, get the orange/blue one, I have the red/black one (my other accessories are red and I wanted it to match, guess it’s a girlie thing 😁), which obviously just because of the colors aren’t going to be as visible but I have my own reflectors (speaking of, it says it comes with ‘reflective strips’, uh, no, it comes with sticky strips that don’t stick to anything and the reflective paper is not sticky and is not attached to the strips, so not sure what you’re suppose to do with that, just don’t figure on using these for visibility).It comes with ZERO instructions, so if you have not had this kind of product before, make sure you watch the video (in the item description on Amazon) on how to fold it back up or you will never get it.Lastly, this seems like a no brainer to me, but I have seen so many reviews over the years that complain about ‘fraud, not as described’ when it’s actually exactly as described, the buyer just looked at the picture(s) and never bothered to read the description, like in the case of this pad, the pictures make it look like this thing is huge, but come on it’s not going to be 10′, if you buy the 30″, you get the 30″, which is the one I got for my DJI Air 2S and works perfectly.It gets 5 stars from me because of the quality of the pad, which is all I care about, and actually better than I expected for $13
