An excellent product and company
There is so much good to say about the Eufy products. Their cameras have a quality as good as anything on the market. I have purchased 4 separate products from them and love each and everyone. From the video quality, the recording quality, and the app’s properties, everything is with true engineering detail in the design. I love the fact that this product does everything the high-end competitors can do without having to pay a subscription fee. For me, that speaks volumes. The the only negative I could mention is that the speakers on the cameras or the doorbell are not easy to use as intended. I’m not surprised by this as they are very tiny, and I don’t expect a whole lot with that function.Eufy has probably one of the best customer support structures I have ever seen with any product whatsoever. I emailed them about one of my cameras and immediately got a return response from a live customer support person. As we work through the situation, the attention to detail and kindness from them were second to none.I will purchase more products from them and highly recommend the same to anyone looking for items such as video doorbells or security cameras.

the Camera is great, image in color is amazing, in IR it is better than most I have seen or tried.my only complaint, The PTZ works, it is slow, and the UI on the app is, mostly okay, but for some reason, no matter what the settings on my phone the audio from this camera comes out the speaker on my handset and not my Bluetooth headset like the 4 other cameras i have in my system.

Impressive camera! Can zoom in 8x and is very clear! Sound is high quality. Use it for a playroom – very functional camera! Will be getting more. Extremely well priced

Turns itself off after 5 minutes; apparently eufy thinks this is a feature and not an issue
Apparently I need to authorize web view every 24 hours? Also, the web view turns itself off after a couple of minutes, basically making this thing useless to me. What is the point of web view if it’s just going to force me to hit the ‘play’ button every few minutes to see it?Another minor issue I had was the web view video size. You can either make it full screen or deal with a tiny video with a lot of white space around it (or try to stretch the web browser is creative way to get it to be a good size.) I really wish there was a way to maximize to the browser and not the entire screen, because that doesn’t work for me, with the way I have things set up I need it to take up half the screen, not the entire screen.UPDATE:So, eufy contacted me and apparently this is what they have to say about the stream turning itself off every 5 minutes:”Regarding your concern, please know that you can view the live stream for up to 5 minutes each time, no matter with the eufy Security App or the web portal, which aims to maintain the stability of streaming and avoid excessive battery consumption. After 5 minutes, you can simply exit the page and re-enter it again to access the live stream.”They are telling me I have to “exit the page and re-enter it again to access the live stream” as if that’s no big deal. EVERY 5 MINUTES! Yeah, this thing is basically useless as a security camera if I have to refresh it every 5 minutes.

Almost 2 years old, through a window.
We now own 6 eufy products. I have been impressed with all of them. Set up was even easier than 2 years ago.The only mild issue I had was finding the privacy mode. You have to find the install directions online. A simple diagram would have greatly helped. Very minor issue.We’ve only had these for 24 hours. If any issues arise I will update. Meanwhile, the other 4 have been great since October of ’23.Great value for the money. And even better without a plan required.Photos are clear as can be.

Good camera for the price. Not as good as the new 2k models.It makes noise when tracking objects that picks up in the audio which could be an issue if recording sound is important for you.
