Great product!
I have been using it for over a month. Works great. Only one problem when I was setting it up, I couldn’t pass through the step of setting a pin or a password. It turns out it needed not to be connected to the internet in order to set a password. Once I disconnected it I had no problems finishing the process.I have the 8gb versión. I’ ll probably expand it to 16gb in the future.

Really struggles to run Windows
It looks and feels well made. Setup went smoothly, but excruciatingly slowly. With Windows installed on the 64GB eMMC, there is less than 20GB of space remaining. When Windows finally loads, there is very little RAM left, so it’s constantly swapping.I’ve set it up to run a little NAS (TrueNAS), which I installed in the M.2 SATA slot. Took me a while to figure out that it’s SATA and not nVME. That doesn’t seem to be mentioned anywhere. It’s totally quiet, with a huge heatsink.It seems to work perfectly fine running the NAS. Doesn’t get real hot either.

Perfect for what it is
Someone else’s review mentioned that this is best for a person that is or knows someone who is tech-savvy as it’s important to understand that this isn’t going to be a regular ole desktop/laptop. It’s GREAT for what it is – a really compact little machine that has some ports for what you need and can handle some great basic activities like emails, web surfing, shopping, and even streaming some videos or games (streaming games on something like GeForce NOW works great – you could probably use it to run some older or more simple games natively). Don’t expect it to be able to handle too much beyond that. As long as your expectations are in check, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.Also – as this was my first mini PC, I was pleasantly surprised with a) how small it is and b) how good of a deal it is.

Great Fanless Mini PC with Intel N4020, but wrong information is provided for storage expansion
We’ve purchased a bunch of them, because my husband used these little PCs to bypass Comcast restrictions on their block of static IPs in order to run his business servers (i.e. each static IP must be used with a single physical hardware address, because virtual MACs are not accepted by Comcast). In comparison to other fanless Mini-PCs, these little boxes running Linux (my husband wiped out Windows 10 and replaced OS with Linux) do their job and stay cool.The only problem, which was discovered with them today, is that the seller provided wrong information about DIY expansion of the additional storage with M.2_2280 SATA SSD (up to 1TB). We’ve purchased several 1 TB Silicon power M.2_2280 SATA SSDs per instructions of the seller, but when this morning my husband took apart one of these little PCs, it turned out that the seller provided wrong size and it should have been M.2_2242 SATA SSD, because 80 mm is too long in order to fit to the motherboard. So, will have to return these long ones and purchase a shorter version.Otherwise, for the money it is a very good and powerful enough Fanless Mini PC.

Great little NUC for basic daily use
First off, it’s an excellent value with the coupons they frequently have for this little PC. At regular price, there are some better values on the market. It’s tiny, comes with a bracket to mount it on the back of a monitor or to a wall or other surface if desired, and also includes HDMI and power cables. The power cable is a box-type plug with about a 5-6 foot cable and a barrel connector. It has WiFi and wired connectivity, and an SSD and RAM for decent performance. It can be a little slow when it comes to heavier computing, as I’ve noticed some dips in performance during major Windows updates, but for the most part it’s a snappy little machine for basic use.This isn’t intended to be a gaming PC, but a low-power small system for just about whatever use you might have for something like this. It can go almost anywhere, and the fan is fairly quiet. Windows 11 Pro is included, along with some basic software. My primary complaint with this system is that it had both Microsoft 365 and OneNote in virtually every language available preinstalled, which is excessive. That necessitates removal of each one that a user doesn’t want or need individually, which is tedious and time-consuming. If they wanted to include all to cover all bases for every potential customer, they should have included installation files for each, not preinstalled them all, as that just adds unnecessary bloat to the system.Aside from that, it’s actually fairly lightweight, and there isn’t much but the basic OS here. This is powerful enough to be a small server for something like Minecraft or Nextcloud, or even a small media server if some extra storage were added. PCs like this have myriad uses, and this is no exception. I’m using this one now as a small work PC to run some communications software and mainly a web browser with a few sites open for tasks and reference, and it works well for that. It will also run some games and things with lower requirements, from older retro emulators to light Minecraft modpacks.In all, this is a great little NUC machine that can be incredibly useful as long as you’re realistic about its potential. The hardware is good, as is the build quality, so I feel that I can recommend this to anyone.
