Research the adapter if you need for an iPad.
This product works very well however the suggestion given for an adapter is incorrect. We purchased the adapter to allow video for an iPad and it doesn’t work. However the product itself is great

Works Great
The unit works perfectly. The app adds thermal images to the iOS photo library and does not require a 3rd party cloud app. It works well with USB C to lightning adapters. The images and videos are good quality. Setup is quick and painless; download the free app from the app store, attach the camera to the phone, and take the thermal image.

I’m sorry it’s too expensive
This tool is kind of cool but not for no $500 when I can use a $30 thermal gun that shoots a laser at the area I want to check and tell me the temperature. Also iOS system lightning plug will be out of date shortly. If you’re gonna spend that kind of money make sure you get the USB-C

This is awesome – and so portable. Better resolution than my old FLIR and easier to share data.
It is everything I expected. Works great.I made a 3d printable case on thingiverse – just search Fluke iSee.Super easy to use and slick to get image data to the internet just like you would share a phone pic.
