Fly Away
Having problems with eating outside and trying to keep the flies away? What else is new, but what’s strange is I didn’t see a device like this fly fan until moving to the coastal area of my state. This works perfectly for keeping any flying bugs away from your food while eating outside and is not overwhelming enough take away from the table setting and does spin fast enough to cool your food. It’s light, uses batteries, and is portable. We bring ours with us when we get together as a group to many of the outdoor restaurants in our area. In fact, some of them have their own which is why we finally purchased ours. The fan is reasonably priced and you get two, and is available in different colors. If you haven’t thought about getting this, buy one now, you’ll be happy you did!

Serves it’s purpose. Keeps flies away
I bought these last summer and haven’t used them yet. Today I took them out and put brand new batteries in them. One works slower than the other, BUT they work. We have 3 others we used all summer and 2 of the 3 (different brand) has gotten super slow with brand new batteries. So it’s safe to say, no matter what brand you get, there is bound to be one that won’t work as well. But slow or not, they still keep the flies away. .We use them outside around the pool and around the cat food. Or even just sitting on the patio.I do like the fact that this particular brand has the batteries going in flat versus straight inside. And there is no rocking. Because the other brand we have, is hard to get the battery cover off. and when you do, the battery flies out and so does the cover, cuz of too much pressure from the spring.I cannot say how long these two will last with batteries since I haven’t used them yet. But we had the other brand run for hours at a time, most of the summer, and we never replaced batteries. So I will update after a couple months.I would give it 5 stars if they both moved at the same speed. Not sure why it doesn’t.I literally just took a video of it in use and a fly was trying to land ony cats food but it went away. Watch the 1st 10 seconds and you’ll see the fly on the right side of video. My cat isn’t bothered by it either. She just eats with no issue. It’s far away enough that it doesn’t hit her. And if it did, it doesn’t hurt.

These Patiosir Food Fans work great, keeping flies, bees, insects off of your food plus they’re a great topic at a party. They add fun to your table! We love to eat on the patio and these little fans are perfect for keeping away the annoying flies and mosquitoes that want to join us. They are very quiet, are portable and don’t cause any disruptions in our meals. After eating outdoors at my house, my son asked me to get some for him so he can enjoy his outdoor space more.

It keeps flies away from the immediate area, so that’s a plus.One of the two items came with a slightly bent “wing”, which causes that unit to make a slight whirring sound, but for that price, I couldn’t really expect perfection.
