Screws for feet‼️
I don’t know what kind of screws those were but they definitely did not fit into the bottom of the TV… I get that this is a cheap product but damn,. I had to find other screws… Seem like the feet are the hardest part of the damn TV to set up‼️

Do NOT buy a television from this company. The item that I bought was defective and they did nothing to resolve the problem, take the tv back or issue a credit. It never worked from the beginning and they will just play games because once they have your money, that’s all they care about!! Junk!!

Streaming experience sucks!
Following a negative review, the supplier responded immediately with suggestions to remedy (and the problem was corrected) and an offer to refund.I am now pleased with the product and feel it a good product for thee cost range.Very disappointed.I just use this device to stream Prime movies. Requires multiple screens to get through the “smart” features to access my personal watchlist.Once I select and start the movie, about 2 minutes into the show the program crashes and I have to start the process all over again. So far, on the 2nd attempt the movie runs to the end without crashing again.I have yet to start a movie and be able to enjoy it without the machine failing.This is the first product with a “Google” branded label that I have been dissatisfied purchasing.

Great buy
This is actually my first Smart TV, watching shows and movies is easy and I can use my firestick and remote to watch even more shows that way. Its Google smart and once I logged in my music and other shows were there instantly, I use this one in my bedroom and my daughter showed me how to connect it to my laptop as an extra large monitor – which is excellent. Love the price point and when I fooling around with some of the settings there’s one for surround sound – awesome! This television is great for the bedroom or office, definitely buy it!

Great way to waste a rainy day away

I had got it for my motel around 45 days back.Did not operate it regularly as there were no clients. After a month when the room was occupied the tv is not functioning. The return window closed 10 days back. I hope the company takes it back or replaces it with a good unit. Keeping fingers crossed.
