Why does the blender show an E2 error?
The E2 error typically appears when:
The lid is not properly locked or aligned.
The blender is used empty or overloaded.
Water enters the motor or handle area, triggering the safety mechanism.
Solution:
Ensure the lid is tightly closed and aligned. Add ingredients and water (around 1000ml). Avoid using the blender dry. If the problem persists, unplug the unit and allow it to cool for 30 minutes before restarting.
The blender is overheating or shuts down suddenly—what should I do?
Our blender includes an overheat protection feature. It may shut down if:
Used continuously for extended time.
Ingredients are too thick or hard (e.g., frozen carrots, dry nuts).
Solution:
Let the blender cool for 30–40 minutes before restarting. Avoid hard foods and ensure ingredients are properly cut and diluted.
Why is the lid leaking during auto clean or blending?
This may happen if:
The sealing ring under the lid is not properly in place.
The water level exceeds the maximum mark (1000ml for auto clean).
Solution:
Check and press the rubber gasket firmly into the lid groove. Keep water level below the max line.
Auto-clean function doesn’t start or stops working.
Auto clean will not start if:
The blender detects improper assembly.
Water level is too low or too high.
The lid or jar is not fully secured.
Solution:
Ensure the jar is tightly mounted, the lid is sealed, and the water is around 800–1000ml.
Why can’t it crush ice or blend smoothies properly?
Hard ice or large chunks may exceed the blade’s capability if not combined with liquid.
Tips:
Add ice with water, milk, or fruit juice.
Use the “Smoothie” mode and let the full cycle run.
Avoid overfilling or adding rock-hard ingredients alone.
The blender trips my circuit breaker—why?
This could be due to:
Water ingress into the base unit.
A faulty power outlet or high local voltage.
Short-circuit from damaged glass jar contact.
Solution:
Do not submerge the handle or motor base in water.
Can the blender be washed in the dishwasher?
No.*The blender jar and motor base are not dishwasher safe, as they contain electrical components and magnetic contacts.Please clean using:
A soft sponge and mild detergent.
Auto-clean function (recommended).
A cloth for the exterior and base.

I’m using this blender for few days and it works so efficiently and smoothly and blends out everything finely also gives you the smooth texture of any liquid you’re blending into it. Excellent blender, better than a Ninja
I had a ninja blender that literally burned up, so I was looking for a new blender. What sold me on this one was it is made of glass and it self cleans which is really nice. It has many different functions that you can try out. It comes with a scrubber to help clean the inside too. The bottom plate is non stick. It can boil water really well.Setting it up was very easy and using it is really simple. The only downside that I’ve encountered is that it doesn’t perfectly chop up all of my frozen fruit for my smoothie. There is usually like 2-3 pieces that don’t quite get blended. Not a big deal when I’m making 800 ml of smoothie though. Everything else is blended really smooth.I got this half off on Amazon prime day, so the value to money was a no brainer.

I’ve had my fair share of underwhelming blenders, so I wasn’t expecting much beyond basic smoothies—but this ASTRALSHIP blender has ended up being one of the most used tools in my kitchen. It’s heavy, yes (that glass jar is no joke), but it’s also powerful, smart, and surprisingly easy to clean, which is usually where most blenders fall short.The heating function is what really sets it apart. I’ve made tomato soup, creamy butternut squash, and even warmed oat milk lattes—all right in the blender. No extra pans, no transferring hot liquids, no stove babysitting. It heats fast, then blends until everything’s velvety. You can even keep it warm if you’re waiting for someone to get home, which I’ve used more than once when dinner got delayed.It has 14 built-in settings, and I’ve actually used most of them. Smoothies, sauces, even baby food for my niece. There’s a setting that preps oatmeal—in the blender. I didn’t know that was a thing, but now I use it constantly.And the self-cleaning feature? A dream. Add water and a drop of soap, hit the clean button, and it heats and spins everything out. I still rinse afterward, but it makes a huge difference when you’re dealing with sticky sauces or anything with oil.It also won’t start unless the lid and base are locked in, which I learned the hard way (E2 error, very dramatic, very secure). Once you figure it out, though, it feels reassuring—no mystery splatter mid-blend.

Lumpy chunky Smoothies??!
No matter what setting I used this blender always left pieces of carrot in the smoothie. I even ran the setting twice and use a combination of settings to try and get a chunk free drink. I think the juice setting ran for 3 mins. and running it twice still didn’t get the carrot blended smooth – only one carrot and a bunch of greens, banana, etc. This same mix in my small Ninja works fine in 90 seconds.I also found it heavy and too involved cleaning. Once it even heated my smoothie although I didn’t press anything to do with heating. Might be good for other things but as a daily smoothie maker I would not recommend.
