How to pair the camera to your old NVR?
There are 2 versions.
1.Right click mouse choose “Wireless Add”, Put camera close to NVR,hold reset button for 6s,wait for 172.20.14.** show up.
2.Press the reset button for 6s,Right click nvr mouse ,select “Camera”, click”+”, “Continue”.

Great System and Outstanding Customer Service
I have owned My Hiseeu system since 2019 and it is still performing as the day I set it up. I purchased a 3TB HDD 8 Channel ND 1080P. During my setup I had a few questions on linking my cameras to connect WIFI from one to another to improve performance. I contacted Hiseeu (Johnny in customer service) and within 24HRS I received a response on how to enhance my system. Their communication was clear and concise with screen shots on how to execute the connections. I live in Arizona and our summer temperatures are extreme averaging 110°-120°. My system has performed without issues during these temperatures.After five years. one of my 8 cameras no longer captured video and needed replacement. I was not sure what camera I needed that would be compatible with my old system so once again I contacted customer service and again within 24HRS I had a response providing options for my system. I purchased the “add-on” 3MP Camera 3.6 lens Day/Night -2K @1296P and replaced my non operative camera and was amazed at the video quality of the camera. The new camera has a wider angle and the video quality is crisp. I liked the upgrade to the point I purchased another so I would have matching video quality on both side of my home. One of my new cameras displayed the video upside down and I could not resolve the issue, so again I contacted customer serve and within 24HRS I had full instructions with screen shots to flip the video.In summary after five years my system continues to protect my home viewing video from home and away on my phone. I recommend Hiseeu as an option for your home needs. You will have a quality system and outstanding customer service that will be there for you long after you have made your purchase.

Linked into our existing Hiseeu camera serveillance system easily. Nice image guality day & night. I switched the included antenna to a long range, as it’s about 500 feet from the WiFi HDD Storage Box. Works Great!

Purchase this camera in July 2025 and encountered a compatibility issue with my Hiseeu NVR which was purchase in 2019. The problem was outdated firmware. Contacted Hiseeu via online support (Chat) and outlined the issue. Within 24hrs I received a firmware upgrade for the NVR. The camera is now up and running. The firmware was not difficult to install, but had to be upgraded through Local Upgrade in System Admin after plugging in my USB stick. You can try this method if the NVR does not automatically upgrade the firmware as outlined in the email instructions.I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of response from Hiseeu. Excellent Support.

These are great cameras. Perfect picture, great color and night vision. Has a terabyte backup and very easy to program and operate. The only thing you need is wi-fi and electrical outlet. I didn’t have one at one corner of my house so I ran an electrical cord through the soffit and connected two. I’ve never had a problem with these cameras. You can basically add eight cameras all you need is power inlet to plug into.Why shop at Sam’s when you can sit home and get it delivered next day at a much better price from Amazon? Hope this helps someone else.

カメラが足りず再度モニターセットを買おうか迷ってましたが こちらを買いました。簡単に増設出来ました。まあ 滅多にないでしょうが 簡単に接続出来るので 室内に設置は誰かに見られそうで逆に怖いですね。駐車場 玄関の防犯用なんで気にはしません。先に買ったモニターセットは 3年経ってますがしっかり動作してます。極稀にカメラ認識エラーになりますが 再起動で直ります。なので たまにモニターチェックしてますが 設置場所による電波状況のせいかもしれないし 値段考えたら十分機能してます。
