Possibly the best deal out there.
Choose the Full HD 1920 x 1080 Display, not the 1600 x 900 display, the difference is amazing. I did not purchase the touch screen, my choice. BTW, no one on Earth knows what Alpacatech Accessories is…The laptop is up and running, easy install, no surprises.At this price point you get Windows 11 Home ‘S’, which severely limits it, but it is easily converted to full service by:Switch to regular Windows 11: press the “Start” button on the bottom left of the screen; select the “Settings” icon; select “System” and “Activation”, then go to Store; select the “Get” option under “Switch out of S mode”; press Install.Great deal, HP quality and 32Gig quick!!!

Nice laptop, good price
Very nice laptop, large screen – comes with wireless mouse and stand as well.I am not a big fan of Windows 11 but it works fine.It would not show thumbnails of my videos but I had to download something to make that work.Older programs don’t work well with Windows 11 but you can usually find a work around.

Issues with service on brand-new computer
I purchased a brand-new computer February 2025, that presented with significant malfunction issues, which according to HP technician were related to there had been no updates since the computer was stored in Amazon’s warehouse. I have been purchasing HP products for over 25 years, starting with a desktop. The recent purchase was probably my sixth laptop. The disappointment, aggravation and inconvenience have not been consumer-friendly, especially for a long-time customer. While I have always liked the computers, which have more than met my needs, it’s when there’s a problem, within the warranty-period, that makes me at this point, consider switching to another brand.

When ordered stated item was in stock to be delivered on Tuesday. I received a notification on Monday it wo,uld not be deliverd until the following week. I was going away and needed the laptop. Thankfully it came in yesterday and I am now crazy busy moving files. It seems like a good laptop. No issues right now

Really Good Deal
It comes either Windows 11 Home S. The S is easy to eliminate. The directions were in the Amazon write up. Set up was was easy. Boots up quicker than any other computer I’ve had. The computer is not flimsy plastic. I had absolutely no problem connecting to my network printer. I think it’s a great deal for the price. My model has 30 GB of RAM and 2TB’s of solid state memory.

Great Laptop!
We have bought 3 of these for our family and every one of them have been fantastic. Easy set up, holds a charge for much longer than most of my previous laptops. I was a little worried about the bold color but after a short while you don’t even notice it. would definitely recommend and will purchase another one when needed

Monitor Size is Great
My old laptop did not have enough memory to support Windows 11. After reviewing 15+ laptops I decided on the HP 17.3” model. The size of the screen was most important. I had an external 23” monitor because of eye issues. I found external monitors were not always compatible. I also had an external keyboard on my previous laptop. I am really working to work with the17” monitor and I have not had an issues. I am still trying to get use to the keyboard on the laptop. I did get an external mouse which is a necessity. Transition in the programs was easy
