Good Value
Very good laptop computer at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend this laptop and have had good luck with HP laptops overall.

I love it!
It arrived today. I have spent several hours setting it up and getting all the downloads done. Be patient after you fire it up….its going take some time….let it do its thing. You will be able to personalize it, but new computers take time to configure. The build is sturdy…much more so than my last HP that I bought in 2019. Graphics are solid! So far, so good!!

Display is just ok.
This is just an initial impression. This laptop is obviously priced well and it is of decent quality. However, if you are looking for crisp/vivid video the monitor portion is lacking that. I wouldn’t say it’s low quality video resolution but the display quality is very basic.

Ease of use
Needed a new laptop for simple everyday things. The set up was easy. The only problem has been outlook. Had email set up but it quit working after 2 days. Finally gave up and use a different service. Tried to reach Microsoft help but that was useless. Other than than that. No problems

Hate the S mode.
S mode a pain. I removed it immediately. It then let me do more things. Had to call norton for help installing it on this device. Still do not have the norton private browser that I like to use. Going to try again to find and download or call norton back. Had trouble understanding the person on phone from norton.Had trouble after resetting passwords. Often next time I use the new password it is not recognized and have to reset it again. Nuisance!

Disappointed
You get what you pay for. Not very user friendly. All I wanted it for was watching my shows. Even with that the picture is lacking and I have as yet can’t get the volume to go up. Kinda disappointed.

Great for College Students general work!!!
This HP 17.3” touchscreen laptop is a solid choice for students, casual users, and those who need a large display for web browsing, streaming, and office work. The combination of 16GB RAM and dual storage offers good performance for multitasking. I have been using mine to do my college work and its been amazing… However, if you need a powerhouse for gaming or professional workloads, you might want to consider a higher-end model.(4/5) – Great for general use, but not for power users.
