Prints and scans great!!! Going strong at 6 months!!!
I didn’t want to leave a review until I’d used this for awhile as I have bad luck with printers, this one has served me very well for about 6 months now, has held up to everything I’ve needed it for, connects easy to the computer, connects to the phone easily, print quality is good, and it’s actually saved me a lot of money on ink, normally would have bought about 10 cartridges by now and I’ve not even refilled the tanks they are still on the first fill. I love this printer, I love the scan feature too. It’s the best scanner I’ve used

Easy to set up. I like that the ink doesn’t seem to dry out as fast as with the old style printer cartridges.Hopefully it lasts several years- I have really had it with planned obsolescence and I am tired of investing in items that only last a short time- hopefully this last well beyond the promised ‘you get 2 years worth of ink- implying the product will last beyond that- which I hope it does. We are all trying to function in the modern world but if it become too burdensome to do so more of will simply ‘opt out’ of all of it, so I hope companies start to realize that and build products that people can buy maybe 2- 3x in their lifetime vs having to fill land fills and dump plastic in the oceans. Anyway sorry for the mini rant but seriously it’s enough. The printer has worked very well for 1 month so far- I need to print scripts at home for my work which I feel guilty enough about. I hope I don’t need to throw this printer in the trash in a year- will circle back after some time has passed and up dated but so far so good- easy to connect to wifi nice image quality – having some trouble printing some PDFs in color- but that might be a local problem.

BUYER BEWARE – THESE ARE OLD PRINTERS WARRANTY is FROM Manufactured DATE not when you install it.
HP AMAZON is a BIG SCAM – DO NOT BUY FROM AMAZON. The warranty does not start when you first install the printer, it starts when the printer was manufactured. So I got this in September and the warranty was already 8 months into the product. I just called support and they suggest I buy another printer from HP directly and they can’t send me replacement print heads because it is already out of warranty – This is a 4 month old printer from when I unboxed it and started using it. This is the biggest SCAM I have ever been a part of. The printer is useless and does not work. They will do nothing to help.I purchased this on Amazon. Set it up and straight out of the box it did not work. Contacted HP – they had to send new Printheads. You can only get those through HP – Now 4 months later, I get the same issue. PRINTHEAD PROBLEM. When I called the first time, the warranty was not the full year because it was sitting in a warehouse some where and it had 6 months left on the warranty. When you take the PRNTHEADS out there is ink all over the place inside and all over the Printheads. I clean them off and it does not fix the problem. Now I have to call HP again to see if I can get new Printheads. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER….. Buyer Beware

Works well until it goes to sleep
I have two of these and they work well and the quality of printing is good. The only problem I’ve noticed is that if the printer is allowed to go to sleep, the network can’t wake it up so that the only option when you want to print it to restart it from scratch. Which is pain if you have items in the que. They won’t print after restart and then you have to clear them manually from the Win11Pro cache.

Best invention ever, works as advertised
Best invention ever, very clean and easy install. The phone app is tricky though, I still haven’t figured out how to print from the app. Laptop connection through bluetooth was super easy and quick, printed right up. I’ve printed 10+ color pages so far and the ink is still almost full on the indicators. This is the best product ever!

I expect to have this printer for many years
As advertised, shippped fast. Easy set up, take your time. Don’t forget when setting up the wifi, turn of your VPN if you have one. That held me up, I had forgotten to turn off my VPN during the set up. But once I did, was so easy 🙂 Works great… although I will say,. it is kind of noisy. Good price, and it’s HP. A company I trust. I expect to have this printer for many years.

Prints well
Set up was easy. Clear instructions provided. A bit noisy when starting up. Printing is so much faster than my old printer and servicing the ink tanks is a breeze.

SLOW, disconnects constantly, but good quality.
The good, easy enough to setup, ink goes a long way, and the print quality is nice. I’d give it a 2.5 if possible.The bad- it disconnects constantly, and there is no way to reconnect, or even power off. I have to unplug it from the power source and plug it back in to let it completely reconnect. It disconnects after almost every single print, and definitely if you leave any time between prints.It also is SO slow. Like insanely slow, 3 minutes per color page slow. Just for a normal quality, with some colored text, nothing too saturated.In addition there is no double-sided print. This is listed, however I didn’t even think to look as this seems like a pretty standard feature for printers. I was able to double side print on my cheap $60 printer easily, this one requires manual turn over which is ridiculous at this price point.The control screen is worthless and no user friendly at all.
