Great little printer so far.
This seems like a solid printer. Setup was easy. Printed my first label in under 5 mins. Would have been quicker but the app wouldn’t send me a verification code to log in. Logged in as guest and it literally took seconds.Connected immediately over Bluetooth. Labels self aligned perfectly. Print quality was good and fast. It’s small enough to use on the go, just note that it plugs into the wall.Overall it has been well worth the price and I can easily recommend it.Side note: some review videos I watched showed the paper stand from the last photo as included but It did not come with it. Not worried as it doesn’t say that it does and I planned to 3d print my own stand anyways.

Ditch the Ink, Ditch the Wires. Total Game Changer
We ship a lot of packages and this printer is so easy. I was so over my old inkjet printer—it wasted labels, ran out of expensive ink, and the cables were a nightmare. This JADENS thermal printer fixed literally all of that. The Bluetooth feature is the reason I bought this, and it works flawlessly. Setup took maybe five minutes, and now I can print directly from my computer. The printer is compact and doesn’t take up much room on my desk.

Great purchase
This is the best product. I’ve waited years to get one, but after messing with printing labels on my regular printer I took the plunge on a Black Friday deal. Wow this is so easy! Setup wasn’t bad (use a regular label to print the test sheet, not the one that comes already in the machine). You can print via Bluetooth from your computer or phone (you do have to save the label to your phone files first). Great product!

Misleading Image but functionality is great
A little disappointed that the image description states that a label holder would be included, however it is not. I emailed Jaden customer support and they responded almost immediately that they “upgraded the packaging to make it more compact and eco-friendly and as part of this upgrade, the separate label holder was removed to simplify things. But you can buy the label holder on amazon or Jadens . com”Despite my disappointment regarding the holder, the printer works great and I will be keeping it. I purchased a printer by a cheaper brand and had to return it due to difficulty of installation and use. The installation & set up for the Jaden’s printer was a breeze-for both desktop & phone. Prints clearly and aligned. I do recommend this printer over the cheaper brands, just know you will need to purchase the label holder separately.

Great printer some flaws
Great thermal printer. I do wish however there was a way to wirelessly print from a MacBook and a way to print the labels directly from a webpage verse having to save each one and then print. Those are my only cons. It works great and prints super fast. I have had no issues with connecting to it and the design is small enough making it super easy to transport where I need it!

After comparing multiple products in the same category went in for Jadens thermal shipping label printer.But it exceeded my expectations, the print quality is amazing and when I was struck in the installation I quickly sent a messege in whatsapp to the support team.
