Good microwave
Works well. I bought this for our office and the only complaint I heard from one person was about the stop button having to be pressed to unlock the door. It’s not a problem to anyone else.Heats well.

It works…ALTHOUGH…
It works great and easy to use. ALTHOUGH, It doesn’t seem to be as well (solid) built as the same Kenmore (size and power) that I purchase in 2012.ALTHOUGH, from what I can tell from reading all the reviews from similar size and power microwaves…that seems to be the case with ALL low-end models.It also makes a noticeable “vibration” noise when started and repeats on and off when running. THIS does NOT bother me. ALTHOUGH, I am glad that I purchased the extended warranty.On the plus side….You can disable the child-lock AND the notification beeper is not too loud. I read in reviews for other manufactures’ models that the beeper can be very loud.In closing, it works, although I have my doubts that it will perform in the long run.

This Is a compact Microwave Powerful Enough, to warm or prepare your favorite recipes. The Saving Space Is Great For my small Kitchen and it is Beautiful. I do recommend this microwavave, To All The People Looking For a small and efficient appliance.

Low lit can’t read key pad
The keypad is not illuminated, can’t read settings in low lit kitchen. Wish I returned as there are now convection/micro ovens for the same price. Item is just ok

we recently replaced our old microwave with this smaller replacement unit and have been very happy with it. It is easy to use, large enough for our needs and does the job, all for about $100…

Dangerous product
This product was sold and delivered by Amazon. The box was delivered in rough condition. The microwave did not work the door did not even shut correctly. It gave a FAIL message and started smoldering. It was thrown into the dumpster. Amazon refuse to refund my money, stating they want me to dig through the dumpster and take a picture of it. It was a gift to someone else in another city. They are demanding that I send them a picture because they know that I cannot because I told them I am not able to do so, and then are acting like I’ve done something wrong. I would give you ZERO stars on this product and the delivery and the customer service. That will be the last time.

the new regulation for child lock feature was a bit of a challenge and don’t leave the door open or a very loud alarm will go off.

It’s a bit noisier than other microwave ovens I’ve had, but at 900 watts it does what I need it to do – heat water for coffee or tea, and warm up and/or cook any food. Fits in a small space, and simple to operate.
