Customers say

Customers find these headphones effective at canceling out light noise and appreciate their 9-foot cord length, with one noting they’re long enough to reach from a computer. They are comfortable with super soft pads, and customers consider them good value for the price. The build quality and fit receive mixed feedback – while some find them well-made, others report them breaking early, and while some say they squeeze tight enough, others find them too tight or small. Functionality is also mixed, with some saying they work well while others report they only work half the time.

    Comfy
These are very comfortable. The cable is generous. It should be noted that there is no mic. This makes the plug slightly shorter than headphones that have a mic. When plugging into my phone or pad the audio leaks from the device. This isn’t a problem for me as I use wireless tech for those devices. I use these for that green plug in the back of my PC. They work great for what I bought them for. A flat response with no exaggerated lows or highs.

Not bad at all for ten bucks.
These headphones are not bad. I mean for $9.83 I wasn’t expecting high quality sound. I wanted to buysome headphones for basic casual use because I tend to be scared of breaking the chord when I am outand about with my other expensive in-ear buds or studio quality headphones.UPDATE: 11/30/2012I have decided to create an update more informative analysis of these headphones for you, the reader.Rating System: 1 to 5, 5 being the best.COMFORT: Rating 3These headphones do apply a lot of pressure around the ears and often times can create high stressor tension after 15 minutes of basic use. These are great for temporary usage and I have triednumerous attempts of making them stretch or playing around with the pleather; however, stillno success. There are other headphones that are way way worse than these and all fairness deserves an average rating. If you want something for basic usage such as music, movies, or airplane usage…grab these and enjoy.I also must mention that the chord length is wonderful because you don’t have to worry about length, unlessyou favor shorter cords on headphones.Durability: 4.5 RatingThese headphones do have a plastic feel with cheap pleather around the section. On the bright side, theseheadphones have a very solid plastic durability. I’ve given these to my little girl (5 years of age). Thesehave been tangled up and dropped accidentally by her and they still work. The chord is very durable and frommy experience very reliable.Modifications: 3.5 RatingI tried these with the Fiio E5 headphone amplifier (just for fun) and it’s at best a decent sound (I give ita 3.8 out of 5). When I tried them on my home desktop, along with the Fiio E5, and an equalizer toincrease the treble and mids… it sounded better. The sound went from a low quality 3.5 to a decent 3.8.Sound: 3 RatingThese headphones lack treble and sound very muddy. The bass doesn’t really have the balance that complementthe mids or the highs. I get a very “mushy” sound when hearing rock, jazz, or any other genre. The instrumentsor sound stage are lacking because you can’t really hear the details that other headphones are able to provide. If you want detailed or clarity sound, do not get these.Experience (GLASSES):The downside about those who wear glasses (such as myself) is that it does apply a lot of pressure whenusing these for more than 30 minutes. I have to take them off, take a break, and then continue using themagain. So far I am wearing them right now and listening to Poi Dog Pondering and I must say it soundspretty damn good for mellow music, but it’s not meant for the heavier genres such as metal, alt-rock, orpost/grunge rock. I don’t recommend these for classical either seeing that the mids and highs are just notthere. The bass is adequate but not pulse pounding. I range the bass from a 2 out of 5. Overall, theseheadphones sound great for mono or soft musical genres.Final Conclusion:Would I buy these headphones again? Yes, I would for the sole purpose of using them out in public and listeningto soothing soft toned music, but not for more aggressive genres that require bass and higher treble. Midsare flat, but if I’m on the go and rather carry around some cheap headphones without the fear of losing them thenthese are the cans for you.

    Great for Classroom
The 9′ cord is a bit thicker than other brands which makes this a perfect headphone for a piano lab where it is used by multiple people each day. I also paid less for not having it in a box which would’ve been throw away anyway. This headphone also does not fit very tight on the ears which makes it easier for students to hear their own playing while still able to hear me.

    cheap headphones
they’re just cheap headphones no real stand out qualities and no unexpected issues. the fit and design feels weird on your ears but it’s not a big issue for the price.

I have difficulty hearing my TV. but in order to hear it I need to turn the volume up but I do not want to disturb my tenant late at night. One problem, my TV does not have blue tooth and it dose not have a headphone jack, so I purchased an small preamplifier AU-X10 from Aliexpress, ran 25 ft long stereo audio cables down into my crawl space and up behind my bed to my night table where I can now plug in the headphones. They work great. They are very comfortable and they produce high quality sound. I am very pleased.
