Good customer service
I originally bought this air fryer back in August of last year. It performed really well until about a month ago, it started acting up and turning off randomly while cooking. Eventually, it stopped working altogether, even though there was no damage to the machine. I decided to email Kitchen Elite directly and tell them what happened. Their customer service team was quick to respond, and after a little bit of correspondence with them, they ended up sending me a new replacement for free. So even though the original air fryer only lasted about 7 months, I’m giving it 5 stars because I like the air fryer and I appreciate the way their company handled the situation.

Stylish air fryer with lots of functions
This air fryer has been such an upgrade to my kitchen. There is a screen on the air fryer that has a lot of functions to choose from and it has helped me a lot. I used to google certain times/temperatures to air fry things and this has a great function where you can choose what you are air frying. An example of this is chicken, you can click the button and there are designated settings to help with that and it has been great. It has a decent amount of space and is really easy to clean. The best part of this is the fact that the design of the air fryer matches with my kitchen interior. Absolutely love this air fryer because it cooks my meals so well

This is a simple a practical unit
I am an older single person on a fixed income and just need something simple and inexpensive. This unit fits the bill. There is nothing fancy about this air fryer. You set the temperature and cook time and follow the recipes. It’s been less than a month, but I’ve had zero problems so far. It is easy to use, easy to clean. My only complaint is the digital commands and read outs are a bit sub par. But, all in all, for the price point I have been satisfied so far.

Great Air Fryer
I have been very pleased with this Air fryer. Haven’t had any issues with cooking my food. However after 7 months it stoped working.. Reason I’m still giving 5 stars is because when I reached out to brand customer service they immediately sent me a brand new unit. Also I noticed that unfortunately in the air frying world this can happen to manny brands so thankful to Kitchen Elite and Poppy for the swift and smooth process in getting a replacement!

The size is good for a small family. My children use it with ease. The only downside is that the temperature can only be adjusted by 10 degrees at a time.
