True to the Lego Quality
The Lego PS games are the only ones I can play and understand as a 40 something man. I have played most of the movie related series they put out and this Star Wars one is great. Graphics are awesome, and the storyline is true to the Star Wars films. If you have played any other Lego film games and liked them, this would be one I’d recommend.

This game is so much fun! Me and my husband love it. My only complaints are that it glitches a lot and that I ordered it new and received a used copy.

I liked this game a lot, Except for the pod-racing sequence I thought the flight/pod-racer controls were a bit sluggish, but other than that I like this game. You get to experience the entire saga from Episode 1 all the way to The Last Jedi. I also like that you can explore the different planets and get side quests and puzzles from the other inhabitants of the planets, There’s also some space based missions to acquire Imerial fleet ships. I think they could have made some of the Kyber brick challenges and missions a little easier, but that’s just my opinion of a minor detail. It’s a very fun little game.

One of the longest and best quality Lego games, the PS4 version includes the free upgrade to PS5, so it would be the most recommended version. many hours of play at a great price.

Different from Original Games
We picked up the Star Wars Saga game for PS4. Everyone in the family hated it. Why? We loved the feel, function, and easy playability in the original games for the PS2 and PS3. We had no idea that the games were completely re-done for the PS4! If we had known that more than the glitches and graphics were changed… that the entire way of playing the game changed, then we never would have bought this game in the first place. Because of the changes this game is no longer appropriate for everyone because little ones cannot handle the controls and the game actually causes people to become nauseated or dizzy where the original version never did. First, you need to use the right and left 1 & 2 buttons to target and shoot which is awkward and my 10 year old son cannot do it. Second, each of the main buttons does not have separate distinct functions which makes it inconsistent with every other playstation game we have ever played – in fact, you need to hit various bottoms when fighting to not be blocked by the bad guys. Third, the split screen is constant so you never can see the full screen or what is going on… and so it makes it very hard to find bad guys, target things to shoot, complete a race, or frankly know what was going on or what to do next. In the original game, the split screen was rare or non-existent and you could explore large areas together as a team instead of being forced into separate screen worlds not knowing where either of you are. It only makes sense to play this game solo because of the split screen. Overall, this game is hands down our least favorite we have bought in 35 years – and that is saying something. My boys may slog through it but they are complaining the whole time which frankly means this game was a waste of our money.

Fun game, biggest lego game to date. So much to do and explore! One good feature to mention is that you dont have to worry if the typical “lego game crashes” occur which potentially corrupt your one and only save file. It seems that the developers have fixed that by including a backup save file mechanism that allows you to recover the autosave just before the corruption.I have been so frustrated with past lego games where I complete like 93% and then it crashes and corrupts my file. Given how massive this game is, I dread to think what I would feel if my save corrupted after spending hundreds of hours on it. This solution has already saved me from this pain when I got to 62% and I am now on 74% and loving every minute!Get this for your family and enjoy all 9 episodes!

Challenging to start with but once used to the control the game is very very good! Love all the stories from each episode but some parts of the story are slow. The gameplay is excellent and the controls and targeting is great. Would recommend to any lover of the Lego games

My children have been really enjoying this game until it lost all their progress at 1 million studs causing much upset 😢 A quick Google shows that this has happened to others too. My son says game play would be 5 stars but the save system has really let it down.
