I’m completely satisfied with my new Lenovo laptop. From the first moment, you can see the quality of the build: it’s solid, light, and elegant. The performance is excellent, ideal for both work and entertainment. The processor is fast, boot-up is almost instantaneous, and the battery has surprisingly good life. The screen has sharp colors and adequate brightness, even outdoors. Plus, the keyboard is comfortable for typing for hours. Without a doubt, an excellent investment. Highly recommended!

USB drives don’t work for booting.
I cannot get it to boot off the USB drive. I’ve tried disabling the internal drive and everything I know to do in BIOS. All I get is a dreadful blue screen. The answer I received is “Does not work with MS Windows as a backup external drive” The computer is useless if you need to install a different operating system such as Windows 10 or linex from the USB port. The USB port is dead until Windows 11 is loaded and the drivers are loaded for the USB port. I’m not sure this is a computer problem or a Microsoft problem. I have noticed that most of the cloning so software has now been made unavailable even on Amazon. We are older and handicapped and need a simpler operating system. The new windows 11 is too complex for us and full of bloatware and advertisements. If all you want to do is use Windows 11 and use the USB ports for data only this will work. However, we want to separate our banking records and any financial transactions to a separate USB drive that we can unplug for financial protection. We could easily do this on Windows 7 and a different computer to the SATA ports. Because we’re older and not so technical savvy Microsoft is forced us into Windows 11 and is basically forced us because of its complexity into position where we cannot use a computer. When my older computer dies we will no longer be able to do our financial transactions, look at photographs and videos. It is sad when a large company like Microsoft discriminates against older users.

I have only had the computer 3 days. so far so good. I have to say the first thing I did was buy Lukas Worley’s Window 11 for seniors. This is not my first computer, but every windows update comes with a bit of a learning curve and just the first 2 chapters have saved me a ton of tears.The computer is extremely fast, very quiet.I did not purchase the touch screen. so far, the screen quality seems to be good.I am not a gamer, but with 40 gigs of ram and a terabit of memory it should allow me to play tic tac toe, lolthe mouse is a bit touchy but i will get use to it.Would I recommend this to a friend? Most definitely
