Avoid using with dimmer switches on dimmable fixtures, as this may cause flickering. Smart dimming via app/voice.
After adding the device, it shows as offline.
The device may appear offline due to a weak network connection. To resolve this, try manually refreshing the device.
Are Linkind Matter Smart Bulbs compatible with the Smart Life App?
Linkind Matter Smart Bulbs are not compatible with the Smart Life App
When adding the device for the first time, it says the device cannot be found.
Please power on the device again and confirm that it is in factory reset state. Also, make sure Bluetooth is turned on.
Are there alternative ways to connect the device apart from scanning the QR code on the light?
You can also try scanning the QR code on the instruction manual instead.

Great Lights! Use the AIdot App for Smooth Setup!
Excellent bulbs! Tip – setup through AIdot app!! Super easy to connect just make sure you’re on the 2.4 wifi or whatever it is. You can install several lights at the same time (like if you have 2 hallway lights like I do) and it doesn’t even need you to scan or type the pairing code whereas it seems I had to do that with both Google home and Alexa. But anyway, using the AIDot app allows you to also get the Linkind smart button setup to control your lights! It was the perfect solution I was looking for!

Flickers with a dimmer switch
These are awesome.. they connected easily and I stalled easily. Unfortunately, I have a dimmer switch and they do in fact flicker. I thought that if I turned the switch on all the way, it wouldn’t… But alas. It does. Returning.

We are a linkind family so naturally we bought the indoor lights mostly to turn for kids bdays, celebrations, and holidays. My husband is obsessed. From a distance they are so bright and colorful. My neighbors love them. Definitely a must have. We have 8 and so far so good!!

Favorite among many
I use smart bulbs everywhere and this is the first time I’ve found one that rises above the rest. Easy setup, accurate colors – but most of all, it dims to a much lower level than any others. I’m sticking with these from now on.

Don’t Waste Your Time and Money
the BR30 1200s don’t work with app and app doesn’t have the functions the documentation states. i started with Alexa with the two lights. One installed easily and the second was difficult but it finally was recognized in Alexa. I put them in a group and turned them on with Alexa. No problem. changed colors and brightness with out issue. but that’s about all Alexa supports. no scenes, color mixes, animation, etc. So i did the appBIG MISTAKE. I set the lights up in the app and the weirdness began. loaded a preset scene and it would work for a few minutes and shut off briefly then start again. over and over. changed presets and same thing. changed to solid colors like i did in Alexa and even tho the app said white, the lights were still in the preset color scene. turned off light switch then back on and same thing. tried another color but the scene still ran i tried Alexa and it would turn them off but they came right back on and the app again said a scene was activedocumentation talks abt lights not functioning properly and the need to reset the bulbs so i did the 6 on/off and then on and nothing. so they say use the app reset in the device settings for the device. its the recommended fix . only one problem, there is no reset!So i turned the switch off and pulled the bulbs let them set a few minutes and put them back in. tried Alexa again and the lights were still screwed up. tried to reset again and nothing. Tried app and still not doing what its set to and lights go off and on periodically. so i used the app to delete the bulbs, removed them and deleted the app from my phone. Then put the white only floods back in and they work fine thru switch and Alexa.i have a lot of govee lights that are great and problem free on the house but didn’t get govee floods because of the reviews. these had better reviews but I’ve noticed the good reviews are mostly the 650 lights, not the 1200s so beware.
