Motor stopped working after just over a month, customer service is sending a new one
2 months after purchasing – the motor is going strong but the frother/whisk attachment doesn’t spin anymore. This is the reason I bought this is to make ice cream and I need those attachments. I would just say the quality is less than desired as we’ve had first the motor stop and now the plastic part of the attachments broken on the inside so it won’t spin it. Wouldn’t recommend buying this one.Update – contacted the manufacturer and they will be sending a new motor part, I assume without the attachments which is fine because there’s nothing wrong with those. So happy they were willing to make sure I am satisfied with the purchase even though it’s past the 30 day warranty! Great customer service!Bought to smash up fruit in smoothies, to blend ice cream mixes before freezing, and frothing milk for coffee. Received May 12, today is June 23 and the motor is sluggish until it eventually stops after less than a minute of running. Tried troubleshooting recommended by the manufacturer to no avail. Just past the return window, So disappointed

We picked up this stick blender specifically for soap making, and it’s been perfect for the job. It’s easy to use, and it’s great having a dedicated tool just for our soap projects, so we don’t have to worry about mixing it up with our kitchen appliances.The build quality feels solid, it seems like it’s going to last a long time. The attachments are a nice bonus and make the whole setup usable for other projects.We like that it plugs in, no batteries to deal with, no waiting for it to charge, and consistent power whenever we need it. Really love this thing. The different speeds are awesome. It is pretty heavy which I don’t love but quality is nice. Interchangeable pieces. Frother, wisk and blender ? Love it, I use it to puree some of my babies food and it gets the job done. So easy to wash, pull off end and simply wash it.I keep it in a small drawer in my kitchen, super easy to store. Definitely replacing the bigger appliances which is great for smaller spaces

Broken after 3 uses in less than 3 months
I have only used this (with the frother attachment) 3 times from June to August 2025. The first time I used it, the spring popped off of the attachment (dangerous!). I reattached the spring and used it twice more and now, the motor is completely broken. This product is a waste of money and Amazon offers no easy means to refund or replace. Its going straight in the garbage.

This is a great machine at a great price. I did have issue though where I did what they recommend not doing. I held the machine on turbo for longer than 60 seconds and it quit on me. I contacted the company and spoke to IAN and he’s so kindly is Sending me another one. I did have to demonstrate on a video showing that the machine was not working. I recommend this product and company.

Very smooth operating device! I’ve only used the inmersion mixer so far. Wisk seems a bit flimsy but the drink mixer should work great !
