Touch screen unresponsive
Bought for my 4 year old for his birthday. He only watched YouTube on it and used the camera. Touch screen stopped working after 3 days. I tried letting the battery die, charge it and turn it back on, but it still won’t work.

My kids love it! Works as intended
It is still a bit early to provide a comprehensive review, but my initial impressions are positive. The device functions as advertised. It’s a cute, mini item and includes a charger, screen protector, case, and warranty card. It powered on and was ready to use right out of the box. It is slow, but that was expected. However, it’s not so slow as to be unusable. It connected to Wi-Fi easily without any problems. Downloading apps takes a few minutes. I cannot comment on cellular capabilities, as it’s for my six-year-old who only uses it for messenger calls. Overall, it’s a good product for its intended purpose. My daughter loves it, and I’ve ordered a second one for my thirteen-year-old, who is interested in its novelty features. Neither child will use it as their primary cell phone, as they already have iPhones, but it’s a cute and worthwhile purchase, suitable for young children as a first phone. I would recommend it and buy it again. I will update my review in a few weeks regarding its longevity. 4 stars just because cellular connectivity is a question.

My son begged for this phone. I explained (like 47 times) that it would only work on Wi-Fi and we weren’t getting a data plan. He still wanted it. I caved.Now it sits somewhere under his bed while he’s back to using my phone—because “it’s too tiny to do anything on.”It does what it says, but just know: it’s more novelty than practical. Great for small hands… not so great for big expectations.
