So far so 👍 good I recommend this product I gave it to my mom as a gift and it was unlocKed so we were able to connect her sim and it was brand new, no issues yet.

Not Compatible with most U.S. Carriers
Before opening the box, anyone buying these phones should find the IMEI on one end of the sealed box and check the IMEI with your preferred carrier. While this might be a nice phone, it’s useless if it can’t operate in the U.S.It’s also possible that some of these phones are, in fact, configured with U.S. network bandwidths and will most likely work only on T-Mobile and it’s MVNO’s like Boost, Tello, Mint, Metro, etc. But it’s hit or miss.By using the IMEI on the outside of the sealed box, we discovered that this phone couldn’t be registered with our carrier, an MVNO that supports all three major U.S. carriers, because it didn’t have the required network bandwidths installed on the phone. By checking the IMEI before opening the box, we avoided owning a mobile phone that couldn’t be registered or used in the U.S. What are these network bands?All carriers operate on specific bandwidths/frequencies in the U.S. These bandwidths must be factory set. The bandwidths can’t be added afterward with a push from the manufacturer, in this case Motorola. This is why it’s so important that all mobile devices offered by non-carrier sellers have FCC registrations, which identifies the devices as configured with U.S. mobile network bandwidths.As an aside, we bought two Zonko tablets here on Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D47N3DBT), both of which are FCC registered. We dropped our carrier’s SIM into both tablets and their voice/text/data connections worked flawlessly.We don’t know if this mobile phone had an FCC registration because the seller’s label covered most of this registration info on the outside of the box. It didn’t matter because the IMEI was visible and enough to determine the outcome.In a back-handed way, this experience did us a favor. Our 2018 Android mobile phone works just fine on our MVNO carrier and we’ll use it until its Android version is no longer supported. However, we now have two tablets with Android 14 that double as phones, thus finally enjoying both phone and tablet in one device.Returned.

Me gustó el precio para ser un Motorola con 128gb de memoria interna, espacio para doble SIM. La pantalla con imagen vívida y nítida. Y sensor dactilar en el mismo botón de power.Motorola volvió a superar mis expectativas, GRACIAS !!!

El teléfono llegó bien, en tiempo y forma. La caja estaba perfectamente sellada y el celular corresponde completamente a lo detallado en la descripción. Trae un cargador de conexión europea, pero el anuncio dice que no incluye el centro de carga, solo el cable. En realidad, no es ningún problema porque con el centro de un celular viejo se arregla.
