Damn, it works exactly like they described. Had another brand that didn’t swing out nearly as much, and didn’t believe this thin little frame could hold it, but to my surprise, it held it even at a 90 degree angle, which was beyond my wildest dreams.

This is an awesome mount. Like other reviewers I loosened the bolts a bit and it swings super easy now. I actually flipped the bolts so that the hinge would be on the right and the bolts would still be right side up. My 65″ TV (weighs about 50lbs) is mounted in an alcove about 2 feet deep and we swing the TV out to watch TV and swing it back when we’re done. So my TV is moved twice a day every day. There is less than 1″ clearance on either side of the TV and I can still pull it out and stow it in a few seconds. Having the TV 2′ closer to your eyes makes it seem substantially larger.

My New Favorite Mount
I just moved into a new home and the only logical place for a tv was above the fireplace. The issue was that there was no way my 65” tv was going to fit inside of the space above it. Not only that, the space is 28 inches deep so I’d need a tv mount that was both strong enough and extended far enough to support my tv.After doing a little research, I came across this model and while it’s only been half a day since I installed it, I’m very pleased. I’ve seen some complaints about it being difficult to turn the tv once mounted, but I haven’t had that issue just yet. I’ll revisit that in a few months.My installation process took a few hours but that’s because I had to climb into that cubby to get proper measurements and drill holes and I barely fit as an adult. If not for that, I could’ve finished this in an hour or less as I have done with previous wall mounts. While I did most of this myself, as the instructions recommend, I highly suggest having someone assist. The mount is heavy and since only one person could fit in the cubby, it was difficult to hold it up and screw in the screws just a few turns so I could let go of the mount.Since my tv is high up, I adjusted the mount’s tilt angle before I placed the tv. It certainly would have more difficult to do so once mounted.

It’s a BEAST!
First thing is first: I ordered this based off reviews as I had no idea what to look for in a tv mount.My friend, who installed it, looked at it and told me it was extremely heavy (which it is) and likely overkill. But the mounting process was simple and flawless and the tv is so secure that he ordered one after finishing mine.It’s big, and bulky, but you can’t see it because the tv covers it. I don’t know what word is better than sturdy… but if you do, insert it (here). The thing is seriously a beast. I can move the screen in all directions and the tv is well protected. I can pull it out to clean and dust and the tv is well protected. I can position it around the corner so I can watch from the kitchen and the tv is well protected. I have a 75’ tv and absolutely not worried about it falling, getting damaged, or not holding up.As other reviews have stated the arms are stiff initially but I love that because it forces you to be gentle and intentional when moving the screen. It does get better but fresh out of the box is seems almost rigid – which, I assure you, it isn’t.I would not hesitate to buy this brand again and couldn’t possible recommend it enough. It’s an amazing purchase.

Nice wall mount. That only thing I wish it did was lock the TV in place.. I have it in an RV and I have to make mounts up to strap the bracket in when closed so the TV does not swing out when on the road. For a Home with kids I still would suggest a locking mount. I do think its a great product, had it since about February.

Sturdy corner mount.
This product provided a good solution to our problem which was “can you mount a TV in a corner?” Truly not something we had ever questioned until our new TV did not appropriately fit on the shelf. This can also be flushed against the wall in the event we were to move it.I have such little faith in TV mounts until I see them in action. This product is heavy and sturdy! Hitting the studs is paramount! It comes with a template and adequate instructions. It’s a very intuitive process and was done in less than an hour at a leisurely pace. While the mount was level on the wall, when we put the TV on it was unlevel but thankfully the instructions have a series of FAQs and how to fix it. this was answered in there. It did not involve taking the TV off.Before mounting the TV we let our 60 and 30 lb kids hang off of it and there was no budging or flexing. Our TV is 85in and 115lb.

Quality Mount for Large, Heavy Screen and Great Customer Service
This is an excellent mount that supports an impressive amount of weight. It goes up quite solidly into wooden studs and held my ~100 pound 85” TV for roughly 2.5 years without issue!We just recently moved and I misplaced the hardware for attaching it to the wall. I contacted customer service through Amazon and they quickly responded (33 minutes) and asked what hardware I needed and what address I needed it sent to. They said they’ll send it out tomorrow!Excellent product and excellent customer service, would strongly recommend!

Very happy with this. It’s simple and kinda basic but it’s solid and easy to use. The TV stays where you put it and it doesn’t bounce or wobble even at full extension. Folds fairly flat to the wall. Was very easy to level and position the TV. Took me all of maybe 15 mins from opening the box to having the TV on the wall and watching the game.I didn’t have any problems mounting it to the wall but the unit is somewhat heavy and can be awkward with one person. I didn’t try to remove the support arm from the frame so I dunno if that’s possible, might make it a little easier to mount the support plate to the wall.Support plate has a big opening which is handy for running cabling through the wall. Big enough that I can mount a pass-through wallplate and hide the cables. Wish it had better cable management but the included straps are handy. For the price I’m not complaining. Great product.

Cuento con una TV de 65″ la cual tenia en un soporte igualmente abatible comprado en HomeDepot por una tercera parte del precio (ver última foto), sin embargo, era totalmente inestable, tocabas la Tv y bailaba al grado que te daba la impresión que en cualquier momento se caería, y era imposible mantener la pantalla perpendicular al piso, por ser tan endeble, se hacia hacia abajo y por el tamaño de la Tv no alcanzaba a dar los 90 grados una vez que la sacabas, estimo que daba unos 55 grados.Me decidí a comprar este soporte debido a los comentarios positivos y efectivamente, es un gran soporte, estable, robusto y de 1ra calidad.Ahora la TV alcanza sin ningún problema los 90 grados que era lo que necesitaba para cuando estamos en el area de comedor o cocina.Es super estable, la Tv no tambalea ni se va inclinando o venciendo por su propio peso.Si lo llegas a adquirir, considera en comprar 5 Taquetes de 3/8 y una broca de 1/2″ ya que no trae los taquetes incluidos.Y lo más importante, recuerda aflojar un poco las tuercas que estan en las articulaciones, porque vienen extremadamente apretadas y hace que sea muy dificil extender la Tv, sin embargo, aflojando y haciendo pruebas de movimiento, va a quedar lo suficientemente rígido pero a la vez muy fluido y fácil su manipulación a la hora de sacar y regresar la Tv, igualmente lubrica con DW40.En resumen, el soporte vale cada peso invertido, recomendable al 100%

We needed to be able to swing our older heavy 54 inch TV quite a distance & angle it so we could move our couch to a better spot, and this long-arm TV mount really does the job. So sturdy, easy to install and to mount the TV, and this bad boy swings out to one side, 40 inches. It swings on one lateral direction, not two, so we flipped it to make sure it was going the right way (truth be told, we installed it the “wrong” way first, proving a 50-50 chance of doing anything right is not great odds 🙂 This mount arm is much cheaper than similar ones we saw online, so were nervous it would be flimsy, but wow– it’s a beast! Highly recommend!
