Amazing coffee and lattes at home
Obsessed. Most delicious coffee and lattes right at home. I can’t say enough about how great it is. Yes, the pods are pricey but so are your coffees and lattes when you stop at the local brew house. It’s like having a little slice of heaven in your kitchen every morning. Enjoy your life. Seems like it’ll last a long time and it’s very user friendly. Coffee is the perfect temp. The milk frother isn’t the best thing ever but it does the job and it’s not the real reason I made this purchase. Be warned not to overfill the milk, it will make a mess as it heats and froths.

I love this product! super easy to use. sleek design. Large water container attached so fill ups last a full week even with a coffee a day. I loved that it came with sample products to see what espresso and coffee I like best, prior to purchasing a pack. I bought during prime day, but I would buy again full price bc of how much I love it

I love my new nespresso vertuo machine. I have been able to make some fun individual coffee drinks at home instead of spending an arm and a leg in the cafes. This coffee machine allows you to make exceptional quality and affordable coffee at home. This coffee machine allows you to make different individual sizes of coffee depending on the size of the pod you use. The design is nice but kind of bulky and awkward with the water dispenser in the back where you can place it either to the side or straight back. The machine itself is very hefty and sturdy.

I bought this machine three years ago to the month (yes I’m coming back to write a review three years later – hey, I’ve got lots of experience now) and I can say I still love this machine just as much as I loved it the first day I bought it. I’ve pretty much stopped going to Starbucks altogether, and believe me I went A LOT.The pods can be a bit pricey if you are used to brewing a typical pot of coffee at home, but if you used to spend money on latte’s and iced mocha’s etc., it’s actually cheaper in comparison. I love the fact that I can make a cup of regular non-flavored coffee for my first cup and then for my second, I can brew a cup of chocolate or hazelnut for something different and I don’t have to add any sugary crap to get some flavor. And can I say, I never knew I needed crema on the top of my coffee before, but apparently I did, because it’s a nice touch to each sip.The double espresso pods have come in handy when I wake up early for a morning workout and don’t want a big cup of coffee sloshing around in my stomach or the other end of the spectrum when I make an espresso martini.It hasn’t all been glorious though….. for some reason for about a year, yes a YEAR, my descale light wouldn’t shut off. No matter what I tried it stayed on, and yes, I descaled the machine etc., but for some reason the descale light gods showed up about 2 months ago and turned it off. It never effected the machine’s capability to brew, but it did bug me to see that orange ring for whatever reason.The other bad thing, and it was a doozy each time: the shelf came off while the coffee was brewing. The first time it happened was with my Starbucks city mug I had got in Ireland (let’s just say I was very sad and have learned to stop using mugs that mean something to me) and then just 3 days ago it happened again with another mug. This time, coffee went EVERY WEHRE. So take it from me, either keep an eagle eye on the cup or just really, really, really check that shelf and make sure it’s on there securely.Other than those two things, it has been an amazing purchase that I have not regretted at all and always highly recommend to all of my friends and well, even strangers if I happen to hear them asking about coffee machines 😉

Still works 3 years later! I’m a coffee lover, not connoisseur. I appreciate good taste, but mainly use it to caffeinate my day. I love that the Nespresso Vertuo plus allows me to make coffee/espresso quickly while not sacrificing taste too much. There are a couple of small quirks but nothing major.Key Features:* Ease of use: (4/5) – Not totally intuitive at first, but once you read the directions, it’s simple to operate.* Ease of cleaning: (4/5) – More involved and not straightforward, however, directions are online* Durability: (5/5) – lasted 3 years* Coffee/Espresso taste: (4/5) – obviously this is not as good as fresh coffee or fresh espresso, however, for what it is, it has excellent taste compared to other products* Overall Value: (5/5) – long-lasting with good performance* Additional notes: unlike other single cup coffee makers, I believe that the Nespresso has their own proprietary pods.Bottom line:I prefer this over other single-cup coffee makers because the coffee/espresso tastes cleaner and has less of that artificial flavor. If you want quick, better-than-average coffee with reliable durability, this is worth it.

Super Awesome Coffee
After a trip to Europe I was convinced I needed a home espresso machine. I asked for it as a birthday gift and my family bought me this model.I was pleasantly surprised to find it not only made espresso shots but a 7.8 oz. cup. The coffee it produces is way, way better than a normal cup of joe as it seems to make the liquid almost creamy. I’ve never had coffee like what this machine makes. I find myself wanting to drink coffee all day, but sleeping is also nice.

Love the machine , awesome coffee but the pods are expensive. Get a refill kit (foil or silicone) for you everyday use. A dark roast works best for refilling. Use a pod from the same type / size of coffee you want to make. Then only use the real pods for special occasions. The refilled ones are better than what my Keurig makes.
