Why don’t the keys on my new RT08 keyboard work properly after I get it?

Best keyboard ever
I purchased this wireless keyboard for work because my hand was cramping so much typing on the other keyboard I had. I love this keyboard my wrists and hands no longer hurt. It took me about 2 days to fully get use to typing on it but now typing on a regular keyboard is very different. Now its so easy to type without the ailments. I have not had to change batteries yet since purchase date the battery life is amazing. Connectivity from the keyboard to computer was easy and worth every bit of thr money I paid. The keys fit to my hands perfect and so functional. I will be again.

Comfortable out of the box and with proper manual keys (no chicklets!!)
I’ve been searching for a comfortable keyboard since I was diagnosed with tendonitis in my wrist and have tried few that some of my co-workers have. The ergonomic ones were too spread out for my smaller hands. This one, by not being split is just the right size. I was typing on it normally within minutes with no retraining needed. I also love that I can raise the wrist rest so my fingers are lower which provides a more neutral wrist position. Finally, it has proper keys!! I’m not a fan of chicklet keys and these are good manual keys with a nice feel while also being quieter than a standard clacky manual keyboard.The one thing I don’t like is that it runs on 2 AAA batteries. You’d think they’d have a rechargeable one by now.

Eh. Looks are deceiving. The cushion’s nice and soft but the overall, hands feel cramped because the individual keys are small and the groove actually throws you off when you type.

Great ergonomic keyboard!
This is an excellent alternative to the Logitech Wave at half the price! If you prefer a more tactile keyboard, this is a fantastic choice. The wrist rest is smooth, comfortable, and truly impressive. The only drawback is that it connects solely via a USB receiver—Bluetooth would have been a great addition. Despite that, this is a well-built, compact keyboard that delivers great value.

I only returned it, because I found it too small. I work in a call center, so I needed something ergonomic and quiet. As nice as this keyboard types, I kept having issues with the number pad. My finger kept hitting the Arrow keys.Super smooth typing, super quiet keys, easy to carry. The wave design makes typing a breeze. . . It was Just too small for what I need.

I’ve been using this keyboard regularly at work. It was easy to pair to my computer and has been functioning well. The charge has lasted a very long time. I do find it’s a bit big for my preference and a couple keys started to squeak a bit.

This Nulea RTO8 ergonomic keyboard is very comfortable to use with its slight rise toward the center, the padded palm area, and the faint texture of the keys. It is very responsive and quiet, and makes typing easy, yet is ergonomic and will help to prevent strain. The only thing I would change is adding Wi-Fi or other connectivity so that you could use this keyboard with any device such as a tablet or phone that does not have a USB connection. But if you’re using this with a laptop or desktop computer, it works beautifully.The keyboard comes with a helpful user manual and a built-in USB receiver. You do need two AAA batteries (not included).Setup is easy and fast; you just need to insert the two AAA batteries in the compartment in the bottom of the keyboard, remove the USB receiver from that same compartment and insert it into your laptop or desktop computer USB port, then turn on the switch on the front edge of the keyboard. I couldn’t find the switch at first so I had to look at the instructions, but then it was simple and easy. It connected automatically with my laptop, a true plug-and-play device.The keys are very responsive—I don’t have to press hard to use them—and they’re quiet. They also have a faint texture on them which I appreciate; they’re not slippery. And the F and J keys have a small raised edge which helps a lot with touch typing where you don’t look at the keyboard as you type.I use Dvorak format when I type—it is also helpful for preventing repetitive strain injury and other issues when typing, as well as a good ergonomic keyboard—and since I have that set up on my laptop, this nulea keyboard immediately began to use that format. It was so nice that I didn’t have to mess around with any settings.The keys are nicely spaced out, and the gentle slope upward toward the middle feels comfortable to me. I always use an ergonomic keyboard, though mine is a different construction (it has wells for the hands), but it took me no time at all to instantly feel comfortable using this keyboard.This is a quality, nicely built ergonomic keyboard that is responsive and quiet, immediately works with your device as long as you have a USB slot free for the USB receiver, and is comfortable. The only thing I would change would be added ways to connect with a device such a Wi-Fi, for those who don’t have a USB connection.
