Cold-natured people, pay attention!
These are great as pocket warmers. You should stick them inside of things that you want to warm up.If you’re like me and the backs of your hands get cold and are more of a priority than the palms of your hands, this type of warmer might not be the best fit. I didn’t know that about myself until I got these.They pack away very neatly into a bag and are easy to charge. If this is exactly what you’re looking for, then I would wholeheartedly recommend this item! I still keep these around in case I want to warm up a pocket or shoes or anything else that these can fit inside.If you’re a cold-natured person and your discomfort is mostly from the backs of your hands being frigid, this form factor is not very convenient and I would suggest heated gloves or a more malleable, flexible heat pack that can more comfortably conform to the shape of the back of your hand 🙂

I do like these hand warmers, even with the 3-star review. The size is perfect to keep in my coat pocket and the shape is helpful to conserve heat with my hand wrapped around it. Level 2 is enough heat to keep my hands warm on calm, ~20-degree days with no wind.So why the average rating? There is no way these things will last the full 8 hours advertised, especially on colder days. I have never gotten more than 3 hours, max, on heat level 2, and I doubt the lowest heat level would be warm enough for anything approaching a polar vortex during a Chicago winter. Also, they take FOREVER to charge, so if you forget to charge them overnight, you’re out of luck in the morning. That said, they are good for a couple of hours of birdwatching, which is what I use them for, but if you’re going to be out all day, you may want to consider a different product.

If you ask me about the quality of the product, the packaging and everything in terms of general quality, I will tell you that it is 10/10. In terms of functionality I would say 10/10 as well. But obviously there are things that I personally do not like, but I understand them and that’s why I put the 5 stars, the product can give you heat is true, but do not expect an extraordinary heat, they specify the range of heat that can generate at the maximum level and is not very high, to be honest taking into account that the contact surface is small and if the weather outside is cold the effect is not much noticeable, because inside a house, etc.. The heat is felt but when you go out it is usually not perceived well and you can think it is a scam but not really, maybe if you put it inside a glove or inside your coat the heat is better preserved but if you take it with your hand and put your hands in the pocket of your coat sometimes you do not feel much difference to use it or not to use it… But overall it is a good product.

I liked it very much. I tend to get cold rather quickly so I bought it in the hopes of getting through winter easily this time around and I did. I think having them separate is not only good to put them in pockets but to share them with friends. Wich is a nice point.At the beginning i thought it wouldn’t heat up that much, but it heats up to the point of almost burning me hand a couple of times, wich it’s good cause I really can’t stand the winter.The only thing is that the cable to charge them is a bit short. But luckily i have sockets very close to the ground so it wasnt a problem for me, but I do see people having problems with them. Overall will recommend just paying a bit more for a very good quality product.
