Affordable and easy to use
Wimius smart Projects is a great little machine for an affordable price.The auto focus lense is great as any kind of slight change to the distance instantly will correct itself. If the projector is mounted on the ceiling or placed on a stable shelf, I’d recommend turning off the auto focus and keystone correction features.Clarity of the picture is also really nice either in low light or no light settings. Able to really see the details when projecting onto a large or small surface.The built-in Netflix, prime video and other apps work smoothly, and I didn’t even need a streaming stick.Easy to setup, interact with, and learn, which was nice.Sound quality with dolby audio on its own isn’t too bad but I would recommend pairing with a sound bar or something else.

Very good and affordable Projector with Google TV
This is our second projector after Model-K1 which was purchased during June 2021. Now we purchased the second one Model-G1 to experience latest features. This projector is Excellent and easy to set up. Auto focus is great. Picture clarity is excellent. Colors are vibrant. Sound output is very good. Connected to our DENON AV Receiver for immersive sound effect. Built in Google TV is a gift. Enjoying our new projector. It is super viewing experience in dark light. Even though it looks good in well-lit room, If you can add little more brightness to the projector we can enjoy it in day light too.

A Spot on solid projector
Hello and boy this Wimius 4K Google Tv Projector turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Everything was light, compact and easy to set up. While remotely powering it up it immediately took me to autofocus and the menu popped right up crystal clear. The apps were all loaded and all I had to do was connect it to WiFi and sign in and I was watching Netflix. The initial login took some time because of system updates and setup. The sound was sufficient for the size of the unit but a soundbar boost wouldn’t be a bad idea to add to the unit. The remote has several useful functions to navigate around. The most eye catching feature that impressed me was the auto focus. All I had to do was point it at the wall and it instantly focused itself. Pictures were very clear and colorful. The unit is very competitively priced when comparing to other models like this. My whole family is very impressed with this unit and we can’t wait to use it indoors and outdoors at our future events. I would highly recommend this projector.

Great Home Theater Experience with Affordable Projector
We purchased our home about a year ago & our basement remained unused till now.With the WiMiUS G1 Smart Projector we finally turned our basement into a true home theater.The setup of the projector was simple, thanks to the auto-focus and keystone correction.The image quality is sharp, especially with 4K input support.The projector delivered excellent picture quality, with clear visuals on our wall that exceeded our expectations.Watching movies & series now feels like a cinematic experience right at home. It comes with Built-in Google TV with official Netflix, Prime and so many apps. No need for external streaming devices—everything is integrated and works smoothly.This projector has completely changed how we use our basement, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.Highly recommended for anyone looking to create a home theater setup.The only complaint I have is this projector doesn’t come with a battery, so power source is required to set up.

Great compact projector and simple to navigate!
I purchased the WIMIUS Google TV Video Projector. I really enjoyed the convenience of not having to connect to an external device to have entertainment, no matter where I am. The unit comes with a cleaning kit and HDMI cable, which are great to have. The setup was simple up to the point of having to use the Google Home App. During the step to download and use the Google Home App, the projector showed connected, but the app showed “Couldn’t connect to WiFi”. I could not move forward. I was using my iPhone. It could have been the WiFi in my house. After several attempts, I finally got a connection on the Google Home App on my phone! From that point forward, it was very smooth to complete the setup, access the apps on the unit, and view live TV and movies. The picture is brilliant, set in the place where I was using the system. I am most impressed with the picture quality and brightness. The speaker is good, but if using it in a large space, I think you would enjoy it more if a sound bar is connected. I would recommend this projector.

Nice projector, worth a look!
Nice projector, but you have to sign in with your Google account even if you want to use the projector without the GoogleTV features. This was disappointing to me as it took more than a half hour for the projector to download updates and to log in with my Google account.Disappointed that this projector doesn’t have an ethernet port, so you must use WiFi if you want to connect to the Google account, which you must do if you want to use the projector at all.I got this projector because my other projector was so loud, you couldn’t hear anything. Using the NIOSH sound meter app, this projector comes in at around 38dB(A). Not too quiet but so far its ok.The picture is really nice for a 1080p projector. Nice and bright and handles action sequences in movies like Lord of The Rings effortlessly.Using the GoogleTV app, you can access most of the streaming apps you need but in my use case, I won’t be using it that much.All in all I’m happy with it. Not as nice as some of the more expensive projectors that are out there but for the price it’s pretty good.

This little projector really impressed me right out of the box. Setup was super simple with the auto-keystone correction, and I loved how it can project up to 130 inches. It connects easily with Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.0, so streaming from my phone was fast and smooth. The 180° image flip is a nice touch too—it gives you more flexibility with placement.The picture quality is better than I expected for something this size. Colors are bright and clear, and even though it’s not true 4K, it still handles high-res content really well. The built-in speaker is decent for casual watching, but I paired it with a Bluetooth speaker for even better sound during movie nights.It’s lightweight and super portable, which makes it perfect for moving between rooms or even setting up outside. For the price, this projector really delivers—it’s a fun and easy way to enjoy movies, shows, or even games on a big screen without spending a ton.

Had a previous model of Wimius and was impressed, so when I wanted another one for a new room setup I went straight for another Wimius.Very sleek design, and runs very quietly. Really good value for your money.Was easy to set up and was extremely impressed with the auto focus and auto keystone. No manual set was required at all and can get a good sized projection from a short throw distance.The picture quality is so clear, was very impressed even with some light in the room the brightness was really good. Added connectivity with Google TV is a big improvement on the older model.

Wimius G1 is a good budget projector with an android TV operating system. Setup is easy, it downloads latest software update and automatically adjusts image according to your projection distance. I have mounted it on the wall and runs an hdmi cable to av receiver. It has all popular streaming apps and sends audio via arc to receiver or sound bar. Picture quality on white wall is good with sharp visuals l. Need a dark room for best results. Image adjustment options are also adequate.
