While this has a lot of games, many are repeats in different languages, so that 20000 games is more like 10 to 15000, and there are games that don’t work as well

Great machine at first, ran into problems
I just received my new TF card to replace the first one that became corrupted after two months of use. Without the card functioning properly, the system does not boot up. Unfortunately, these cards are prone to that issue, so if you do buy this machine, I highly recommend investing in some spare microSD cards and make additional clones of the system TF. My original review (which follows below) gave it five stars. I’m revising that down to four because although this is a great retro gaming rig, the design of the TF card reader will cause some headaches once the boot-up files become corrupted. There’s going to be a little more maintenance to this system because of that fact. Lots of fun though!==ORIGINAL REVIEWS==UPDATE: After two months of using this, it completely stopped working. It will no longer boot up to the game screen. The start screen just hangs forever and it will go no further. I expected much better from a $250 device, so anybody reading this should proceed with caution when purchasing this machine. The software boots from a microSD card, and I suspect the files needed to boot fully have become corrupted.I enjoyed it while it lasted, but now I’m stuck with a very expensive paperweight.PREVIOUS REVIEW, BEFORE MALFUNCTION:I’m a grown adult who enjoys retro gaming from the 80s and 90s, and this console is the best one in my large armada of gaming systems. It has turned out to be a great purchase.As a collector and enthusiast of early 1980s video games, I find this collection quite compelling. From the all-time celebrated classics like Galaga and Frogger, down to more obscure scrolling shooters and fighting serials from the late 90s, this system has a wealth of games available. Among the 21,000 games listed there are some repeat titles, a few ROMs that don’t work, and many foreign-language/hack games that will probably seem quite unplayable to most people. Nevertheless, it is a vast collection that I’m glad to have in my gaming arsenal.The controller and the buttons give you a genuine 80s/90s arcade experience. The buttons light up nicely. There’s also the rechargeable battery which holds a pretty robust charge. I can play several hours non-stop before it has to be plugged in for more juice.I certainly recommend this system to people who like arcade games from 30-40 years ago and want a decent machine to play them on. I own numerous handheld retro consoles which have D-pads and thumbstick controllers. It’s just not the same as having an arcade-style joystick with larger fire buttons, like this one does.

Very fun and playful nostalgic gaming system console.Easy to power and and charge up.Out of the box it was very straight forward and I couldn’t wait to try some of the games out.The buttons are very responsive and the joystick is very smooth and accurate.Lots of fun games and the sounds are clear and crisp.Large foldable screen allows it easy to take anywhere.Clear and immaculate screen allows for total immersion.Functions smoothly and quickly.No real lag from my experience so far.Price point is good not great. I think you have to really want it to buy it but also showing your kids what you used to play seems timeless and fun and a unique experience to bond over. I think it’s well worth it because maybe it will show your kids the skill it really took back when these kind of games first emerged.5/5 recommended !

This Mini Arcade Is Awesome!
This Pandora machine brings back some really great memories. From its joystick and push-button controls, to its portable briefcase design, this system definitely has an 80’s retro vibe going on. I haven’t had a chance to go through all of the games yet because there are so many to choose from, but the ones I’ve tried play exactly like the originals.The graphics look really good, even when upscaled on a TV or monitor, and the menus are intuitive and simple to navigate. And since this system includes quite a few multi-player games, a separate remote control can be connected via USB. This thing is awesome. It’s like an original coin-op game that incorporates newer technology.I own several modern gaming consoles, but there’s just something special about classic arcade games that can’t be beat. Whether you are adding to a man cave, or want to experience some 80’s nostalgia, or just want a completely different gaming experience altogether, this system will deliver what you are looking for.

Power brick stopped working first time using
Rated at three stars due to the power brick not working during first use. Plugged it in to fully charge as instructions state and the power brick was working because it had a light on. After about 30 minutes, saw that the light was off and assumed it was fully charged. I noticed the battery indicator was only showing one bar, the game turned on and then shut off after about a minute. Tested the power brick and realized it was not functioning. I have sent the unit back via Amazon Drop Off, but have not yet received a refund, so am a bit confused as to why it has not been issued.
