Great Controller, but…
I bought this controller to replace my expensive wireless XBOX controllers, which only last about a year. At first I wasn’t sure about using a cord, but my apprehension turned to delight when I added a 10 foot cord.I love the response from all of the controls, they are crisp and work well. No centering or drift on the joysticks as well, although I did add a couple of silicone caps as the original thumbknobs were a little hard, spiky, and uncomfortable. The power of the vibration, plus not having to replace the batteries is the icing on the cake. the photo snap button in the middle is also a nice touch.The only downside so far is that the left bumper quit working tonight. For a product that’s only a little over a month old, that’s definitely a no-go in my book. I love the color to be sure, but when I can’t fry someone my Sombra bomb at the right time it ruins the game and upsets me.I’ve sent in a service ticket to the manufacturers and hope to hear back from them soon. Will edit with the resolution when it comes in!Update: Reached out to the manufacturer with my issue and they quickly replaced the unit under warranty. Great job!

Works great for a backup controller
Works just like a regular Xbox controller, just gotta keep the charger plugged into it to use it that it comes with. I had it for a few months, sometimes it falls so it’s starting to glitch here and there but it’s still holding up.

Good controller for price
This is a decent controller. Joystick & button reaction just like the official controllers. It’s lightweight but hallow and the plastic feels a little cheap. However, it’s still a good controller for the price you’re paying. The cord is long, study and comes with a little velcro tie for the excess cord. Cord stays securely in the controller and doesn’t easily come loose. I do like the color, subtlety vibrant. It also works with my controller joystick accessories.Works & reacts just like the official ones. Lightweight but hallow & cheap-ish plastic. Sturdy, long cord. Nice colors. Good budget controller.

Did not work with Windows 11; support unhelpful
I bought this game controller to do some gaming on my Windows 11 laptop (A Thinkpad Yoga 11e). It would populate as an “Xbox Gaming Device” in device manager, but would not be recognized as an actual game controller. I followed the support info to try to force Windows to use other Xbox controller drivers, but none worked.The controller DID, however, work fine with my Ubuntu Linux desktop. It was only on Windows 11 that it seemed to fail — I tried several other Windows computers, and none of them recognized it as a valid controller.I contacted PowerA support, and they suggested a firmware replacement, but the software they sent me said it could not find the controller. After that failure, they thought perhaps its firmware was incorrectly flashed at the factory, and suggested I replace the device from the seller (Amazon). I asked PowerA how I could be confident that a replacement device will have good firmware, and they said they don’t control the Amazon sales, and suggested a different seller (!).I do not believe that PowerA properly understands their own products, nor are they able to stand behind their product. I will be buying a more expensive alternative from a better company in the future, in hopes that I am more likely to get a working device and helpful support.

Works amazing, the color is beautiful and the wires really long. What I like the most is the port on the controller and how it’s covered. It makes it feel more high quality and secured in my opinion. The rumble is very light and it has a headphone jack which is a plus for a wired controller. 10/10

Different setup, but good layout
I had difficulty originally setting up the controller’s drivers with the PC, but I found a post that Windows 11 will register it automatically if you plug in another controller before plugging this one in. After that, you can turn it on in separate boots by holding the central Xbox button until it lights up. (This hadn’t worked the first time for me, but after doing the 2 controller trick, it’s worked consistently afterwards) The buttons work, and I haven’t noticed any issues since setting it up.

Ahh the feel and the build quality is very good. Although its a bit expensive for a wired gamepad but the quality is really impressive and that cable is long enough to sit back and relax.

I haven’t given it to my niece yet, but I know she will love it. I have opened it up and tested it and tried it out for a bit to make sure it works and quality is up to par. I have to say for the price it is fantastic. You can also trust it works because XBOX blocked a lot of third party controllers (controllers not made by themselves) from working. With PowerA you know it is going to work.Nice long good quality cable too.
