WORKS GREAT!
This thing works great! I put some chunks of raw carrot and raw broccoli in there, turned it on, and it chopped it up very fine in a speedy manner! I bought it to make chop for my birds, because they need vegetables, and big chunks intimidate them. My birds immediately started gobbling the finely chopped veggies, so I’m thrilled. It’s so easy to use and so compact.

Perfect size when storage space is at a premium
Had same unit previously but broke falling off counter. Small size is perfect for RV due to limited storage space. Easy to use and works perfect.

3.5 stars over all.5 stars for this working as a food chopper should. The blade is sharp and it chops food. We usually use it for onions and garlic.But I only give 2-3 stars for quality. I realize that everything is designed to be thrown away these days however I really hate tossing things in the trash. The base and motor and blade held up well. But after a little less than 3 years of use, the bowl has become brittle and opaque and cracked. It’s reached the point of being unusable. And ProctorSilex does not sell replacement bowls. So now I have to throw out the entire unit. I did put the bowl in the dishwasher because they specifically state in the user guide that you can do that. It would probably last longer if I hadn’t. So I’m disappointed.

Seems good quality and sharper/stronger than a couple others I’ve tried. It’s great for finely chopping garlic, an onion, and I’ve even used it to make baby food as smooth or chunky as I’d like.

Es pequeño pero muy fácil de limpiar, te permite preparar rápido salsas, guacamoles, picar cebolla, hacer picos de gallo, solo enjuagas y a lo que sigue, muy muy práctico. Tengan cuidado al lavar las cuchillas, descubrí que tienen más filo que mis cuchillos :c
