How to resolve the issue when a product is unable to charge?

How to adjust the backlit lighting?
Press Fn+Ins to change the backlight colors, Fn+Up Arrow (or Fn+Down Arrow) to adjust the brightness. The mouse lightings are random.

I’m really impressed with this SABLUTE Ergonomic Wireless Keyboard and Mouse Combo! The wave-shaped keyboard and cushioned wrist rest make typing much more comfortable, especially during long work sessions. The keys are very quiet, which is perfect for shared spaces or working late without disturbing others.The backlit keys are a nice touch — bright enough to see in low light but easy to turn off to save battery. The wireless connection is stable and easy to set up, and both the keyboard and mouse hold a charge well. The ergonomic design definitely reduces wrist strain compared to a standard set.

Very Comfortable to use!
This wireless keyboard works really well. Although the back lights are not sensitive to touch or darkness, as was the case with a previous one I had purchased, when they’re on they do the job. The soft leather wrist support is comfortable and a plus. Overall, this keyboard didn’t didn’t send me doing cart wheels but it’s good. Setting it up, charging it–it was all effortless. Nice but didn’t hold up
I’ve had this set for about two months. Cute, functional and honestly held their charge a lot longer than I expected. However, out of the blue, some of the keys started sticking and/or just not picking up. Thought it was a charge issue, but sadly not.

I really like this keyboard and mouse combo. The backlit looks cool, and very helpful at night and make it easy to see the keys clearly.One feature I especially love is the wave-shaped keyboard design, which feels very ergonomic and comfortable to use. The soft wrist rest provides great support and is perfect for long hours of typing.The keyboard also has convenient shortcut keys at the top, including a calculator key and multimedia controls, which make everyday work much more efficient. The large Del key is another thoughtful design detail and is especially useful for people who need to edit frequently.

I would keep this if ……
I love the feel of this keyboard, and the backlight is the best I’ve tried; the mouse is great!! I want this keyboard so much, but the delete key is a taller key than what I’ve ever used, which slowed my productivity down significantly. I tried this one for over a week because of the feel of the entire thing! I loved everything else, but it slowed me down so much that I couldn’t afford to lose the time. I thought the feel of the keyboard and back light would win me over that one key. I wanted to keep this so much (and I generally don’t write reviews). I’ve never felt this way before trying this keyboard. The mouse worked seamlessly!! I want it if the space of that key were changed.

Die Verbindung ist stabil, ohne Verzögerungen oder Aussetzer, was das Tippen und Surfen flüssig und komfortabel macht.Die Tastatur fühlt sich beim Tippen großartig an. Die Tasten sind leise, reaktionsschnell und haben einen angenehm weichen Anschlag, sodass ich stundenlang tippen kann, ohne müde zu werden. Die Handballenauflage ist ein großes Plus und sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort, insbesondere bei langen Arbeitssitzungen. Ich finde auch die integrierte Handyhalterung super; sie ist sehr praktisch, um mein Handy beim Arbeiten oder Lernen im Blick zu behalten.Die Maus ist ebenso komfortabel und bietet flüssiges Scrollen und präzise Bewegungen.
