How can I clean the keyboard?
For best keyboard cleaning, use: 70% alcohol + microfiber cloth. Do: Lightly dampen a cloth. Wipe straight (→ this way)

Yes! This rechargeable backlit wireless combo is compatible with both Windows and Mac systems. Simply press Fn + A for Mac mode and Fn + S for Windows mode.wireless
How to resolve the issue when a product is unable to charge?

How do I adjust the backlight settings?
Press Fn+Ins to change the backlight colors, Fn+Up Arrow (or Fn+Down Arrow) to adjust the brightness. The mouse lightings are random.

Nice touch and feel.
Originally received a defective keyboard. Sent it back and received the replacement quickly. Very nice touch and feel. Finally having a keyboard that is illuminated is great! The mouse is a little slower to respond than my Logitech mouse, but is still very good and comfortable to use as well. I have always used Logitech and was nervous to try something else, but I am please so far with everything. We’ll have to see about longevity. Time will tell

Price and quality is fair.
I have been using it for a few months. I can say the build quality is good. It doesn’t convince me as responsive as which I used to Microsoft Keyboard. However, the price and the functionality is fairly rated. If you want the best experience of typing or gaming this keyboard may not be the one but it is good enough for a daily user for office work.

Perfect Functionality
I love this keyboard and mouse. The backlighting is helpful. They an easy plug and play. I love the feel of the full depth keys. The wave is not large, but it fits my hands perfectly and I don’t even realize the slight rise is there, but it makes it easier to find my place when trying to keep my eyes on the screen. This is top notch functionality. I would buy it again. Good quality, fair price.

Comfortable, easy to connect, great overall!
I’m a very fast typist with longer nails. The keys are high enough with wide enough spaces between that I don’t have issues with my nails catching on other keys. They are quiet and creamy sounding, as opposed to clicky and loud, which is very nice as I’m on the phone all day. The mouse is responsive, and also does not have a very loud click. It was very easy to connect to my computer and has different options for connection which is nice since I use a Mac for work, and compatible keyboards are difficult to find in a good price range. The wrist rest is comfortable and well placed, and the keyboard itself sits at a very comfortable but adjustable angle.

It looks nice, but functionality is not all there
The colors are great and I really enjoy the wave texture of the keyboard. The mouse is spectacular! That being said, I am frustrated with the use of the keys themselves – sometimes the CTRL keys won’t work, and there are times when the keyboard will only pick up every other/every 2-3rd key hit. It doesn’t give me any indication that the battery may be dying, and it doesn’t seem to matter if I’ve been using it for 5 days straight or just pulled it off the charger, these key issues still happen. I work from home and am using this keyboard as my everyday keyboard, so not having a working CTRL key and/or not being able to type out a full sentence without having to go back and fight with the keyboard really puts a damper on my work day. It is pretty, though, so when the frustration hits I just remember how nice it looks…and do my best not to throw it out the window.

Great for when my tendinitis acts up
I absolutely love this keyboard. I work from home and in an office part time. I bought this for my home office and love it so much, I bought another one for the office. The mouse is so comfortable to use and the wave of the keyboard is perfect to keep my tendinitis under control. The back light is great for the times when the office lights are too much, so I can now dim the lights and still see the keys.

Great to use especially if you are not at a desk.
The wireless set-up allows me to use my laptop in my living room and does not require me to use a desk. I love it. I can put the keyboard on my lap and put the laptop on the coffee table. Admittedly, I only use the laptop for personal stuff as I am retired but the keyboard and mouse can also be used at a desk if desired. The keyboard is well made and is easily charged as is the mouse. I like that you can turn the keyboard or the mouse off when you are not actually using them so the charge holds for a longer time. I have never had a problem with either the keyboard or the mouse connecting to my laptop.
