Great wireless keyboard and mouse combo
Super easy set up and the keyboard is so quiet. The ergonomic wrist support is critical for those heavy typists.

Best keyboard and mouse combo
Love this keyboard and mouse combo. The keyboard is large and easy to use. I like the bottom that is longer for your wrists. I have used this all year and will continue to use it. I only had to replace the battery in the mouse once.

After a month I’m fed up. Replacing this today.
This is a frustrating combo. For starters, I don’t care for the flat (unraised) keyboard or the flat keys. It’s far too easy to catch another key when typing. Next – the letter h sometimes sticks. Sometimes it works and other times I have to go back and fix the word. Then there’s the mouse. It demands far more operating space than any other mouse I’ve had, and it is sluggish in response. Not fun for playing timed games on Lumosity! But today was the final straw that made me get online and order a replacement.I was trying to write to a politician – filling out the form on line. Three times I got almost to the end when my thumb bumped that little button on the side of the mouse and the whole page disappeared. It took me until the third time to realize what had happened. I really don’t love “tools” that make me waste time.

Quiet and Reliable!
I got this keyboard and mouse set for my husband to use at his office computer. He’s the regional training store manager at the local oil shop and is constantly at his computer. He loves it! The wrist rest helps keep him comfortable during long hours, and the phone holder is a really handy bonus. He says the keys are quiet and smooth, and the wireless connection has never lagged, even with all the tools and equipment around. It was super easy to set up, and he loves that it came with batteries included. It’s sturdy, reliable, and perfect for his work environment. It’s also the color he needed and he says it goes with everything.

Support is not so good
I bought a few of these had one go bad after two months. The return process sucks. Although it is a good entry level keyboard and mouse at a decent price I will not buy again because of the hoops they wanted me to jump through.

Esta bien el producto lo malo es que las teclas de mas suma asteriscos comas están mal ubicadas en el teclado asi que tengo que recordar sobre los teclados anteriores, no se si regresar la o seguir adivinando esos teclados como se ubican

The batteries in this keyboard do not last more than month, usually less. The mouse driver is bad, mouse freezes all of the time. I had to use anther mouse instead. Very poor quality. Also lack of quality control , I imagine.SO: After all that I decided to take it appart, (Don’t think there’s any warranty to void anyway) and unpon inspection, I found the strip that connects keys to the PCB. As I suspected, there was a thin film of carbon on the contacts. I remember back from the 60’s TV days and cleaning “Barrel Tuners”, that if these keyboards were stored in a warehouse usung Natural Gas for heating, that is the cuplrit for all of our trouble. Natural Gas puts carbon in the air as it burns. Not enough, I don’t think for health concerns, but anything that has exposed contacts will, over time, get a layer of carbon. Carbon, by the way is used in resistors. That explains the bad, and intermittent response.SOLUTION: Dismantle the keyboard, remove batteries. With the back end tiped toward you, remove all the screws and remove the lid, and the plastic sheet, if you want. Over to your right, closest to you, is a metal strip with 2 screws in it. I didn’t checkfirst, but I suspect these may have been loose. Take these screws out, remove the metal strip, remembering which way is up, along with the plastic divider underneath. Now carefully lift up the keyboard mylars and look at the contacts on the bottom. Mine were black. Now take a fiberglass cleaner or an ink eraser will work to; and clean these contacts. Don’t over do it. Reassemble the spacer and metal strip, then the plastc and keyboard cover. Put all the screws in loose. Then tighten from the middle outwards. Now your keyboard should be like new again. If you live in a home with natural gas heat, you may have to do this once a year. But still, the battery issue is a problem. If you always have spare batteries on hand, then ok. But if you want reliability, buy something else. I think the merged mouse on the usb could be th issue. Bythe way, I put the moue back layely and seems to be ok. Maybe Windows 11 has addressed their issue.Update: I ahve been forced to use another usb mouse as the one thats with this keyboard is horribly intermittent. Furthermore, the batteries last maybe a month, and although they test good ona battery tester, the keyboard will not function any more, but can use the batteries in something else that isn’t so “Power hungry”. Again, as I said before, I regret buying this keyboard after discovering it’s many flaws. Not recommended.
