    Once hooked up, great experience!
I know more than most about computers, but even so, it took hours to get this monitor correctly hooked up to my Dell XPS laptop using a WAVLINK docking station. It gave me an image, but first it was a narrow band stretched out between two large black bars top and bottom. Then it was all correct across the screen, but lower resolution. I asked a LOT of questions to AI search engines and sometimes received conflicting suggestions, but eventually got it all worked out. Total time: Nearly 5 hours, which included many reboots. But, in the end, the 5120×1440 43″ screen looks and works BEAUTIFULLY. Just be prepared as you *may* have to do some troubleshooting to get it working right. My Dell laptop is 3 years old. I would expect less hassle with a newer computer …

    Great monitor
I had some hesitancy about getting an ultra-wide vs a two screen setup, but this is amazing! Quite immersive, but not at all distracting. I use it for work and will have several windows open, such as several windows for multi tasking and even space for a window of background noise from an old show while I work (recently the OG Mission Impossible, but usually the OG Perry Mason). It connects with my Mac without any issue via the included USB C cable: just plug it in to the right port on the back of the monitor, which it specifies. Love it. The speakers aren’t the best, but they’re not terrible either, but I usually use headphones anyway. Highly recommend. The blue light settings are also very nice.

    Very nice display
First time I’ve used a curved display. There was a learning curve. You want your chair to be in the focus of the curve so that the height is consistent from side to side. Otherwise the curve is distracting. With the proper distance from the monitor the display is really useful. Color, brightness, and resolution are all good.

    I *want* to love it…
Let’s face it. A 49-inch monitor is always going to be a huge step up in gaming and computing in general. This monitor has a lot going for it, but the main reason I bought this specific model was because of the advertised KVM features. I am sorry to report that they are not all that.First of all, documentation on how to use any of the KVM features is nonexistent. As in nothing in the support section on the Samsung website. As in no YouTube videos. As in you are completely on your own, sucker.Access to the KVM switching controls is awkward at best, and doesn’t get better from there. They are built into the main controls for the monitor, placed on the bottom center of the monitor overall. Those come in the form of rubber-like buttons as follows: 4 buttons in a broken ring around a central on/off/select button in the middle.Maybe it’s just me. I just find that the controls are difficult to reach, awkward to manipulate, and difficult at best to control. You need to have a combination of fine motor control and light contortionist abilities to be able to use them adequately. When trying to display two systems side-by-side, the resolution on each virtual monitor gets wonky really fast, and there’s no clear direction on how to switch from interacting with one system or the other. (Did I mention that there is no documentation?)The picture-in-picture feature is great is all you are doing it monitoring the secondary screen.I can and likely will go on. But not right now.TL;DR, the monitor itself is fine, but I’m getting a regular KVM to handle those kinds of tasks

    Better than 2 monitors!
Really enjoy my 49″, once you try it you wont go back to using dual monitors again.

    Almost very good
Good on many levels except for these bits:1. The option pad is sized for small children and difficult to operate since one cannot see it on the bottom on the bezel.2. My computer started ignoring the power settings on the computer and hibernates the computer. Samsung says not us and Windows says not them. I tend to believe Microsoft.
